From messing up every order the past four times we’ve been here, to being serviced by the rudest most unprofessional dq workers in America, to even adding a service fee and a sign on the window essentially saying our team members suck so we’re going to charge you extra to find other terrible team members… this has got to be the poorest ran dq in America. Trust me I’ve been hundreds of time to hundreds of dqs across the Midwest, California, northeast, southeast, etc etc and this is the worst. The ONLY reason they are still in business is because of the decent location and the brand recognition. Absolutely awful.

Out of most drinks, bacon and other items. Burger came cold. Bummer DQ. Melted Blizzard, It would have been a mess if they turned it upside down. Spilled over the sides because it was melted. This Pic was a few min after it was made. Don't waste time coming here.

Owner/management cares nothing about this DQ. My elderly mother and I walked in to get ice cream. The STENCH was horrible!! The whole place smelled like rancid grease had been thrown into a hot dumpster, and left to sit there for days. It was disgusting! We turned right around and walked out. Will NOT be back.

Ordered a Oreo blizzard at the drive thru and they gave me an Oreo milkshake… it was the only thing I ordered, then refused to understand they messed up my order and tried to tell me the milkshake was a blizzard.

I really should have read the reviews before I went. Service was awful and food was terrible. I am a fan of DQ so I usually like their food. This location has the worst chicken fried steak sandwich I have ever eaten.It gets worse when it comes to the service. I think they put my bag across the room and just hurled the food into the bag. I can't even imagine how you mess up setting fries in a bag but you did.

Went in took 30 minutes to get a burger and blizzard which with the blizzard I had to wait behind four other people that were after me for a blizzard I got my burger before the blizzard and the manager was in the back doing a schedule with only two people there and people coming in I would not go here again this is the worst customer service I've actually ever seen for a fast food place oh got home in the fries are cold because I had to wait so long

On $1 cone night, they closed the lobby, ran out of cones and took so long in the drive thru. Also, cashier couldn’t count $.67 in change on own without having someone come verify.
I order 3 Tex plain and the cashier Ainsley over charged me by charging me 90 cent for cheese( comes on the taco) and 99 cent for taco meat. I did not ask for extra nothing I asked to remove ingredients and she charged me an extra $1.89 and claim it’s because I asked for my tacos different. She lied and said she couldn’t ring the order up plain but it’s on the receipt stating plain. I will be contacting corporate and filing a lawsuit for over charging customers. Dairy Queen can thank AINSLEY for that.

I waited for awhile in drive thru which that’s fine because I’ve done that before at other places. This was my first time eating there, the reaper tacos caught my eye. Well I’m very disappointed because what I got looks nothing like what their menu shows. Also the taco shells tasted like they had been there for days. I hope it’s not like this always.

Watched the shift leader re-fry old chicken and steak fingers for my order plus the chicken is almost grey from how old the oil is. Terrible experience won't be back and hopefully code compliance will be through soon.
