Dales Donuts #9

Asked for a large spicy kolache and was given a small. Not only was the bread hard and dry (like it was old) but there was less than my pinky worth of actual sausage in there, and no jalapeños! Also got a ham and cheese croissant and asked for it heated up, the edges were dried out and warm when I got it but the center was ice cold! At least serve your customers hot food if you’re going to charge almost 5 dollars for a breakfast sandwich.

It was good for me being a donut lover. But it ain't no Krispy Kreme where it's that certain type of hot donut that melts in your mouth but....great environment

I play tennis with the owner of this shop. Occasionally he will bring us donuts from the morning's production. I am a bit of an apple fritter expert and I am confident to say these are the best apple fritters I have have ever consumed. And ... I am eating them 12 hours after they are made. Wherever you are, whatever city, county, state you reside you must try these apple fritters. And the owner, Kris, is a super nice human being too! Support nice humans whenever you can. Cheers, James

He got mad at me because I asked him why does the app always say order is ready then when I get there it is never ready . Very rude to get mad at me for pointing out something that he does and he's not doing it correctly if the order is not ready then don't push the button saying it's ready

The only thing I really get at a donut shop is kolaches. This place probably has one of the saddest kolaches I have ever seen. The smalls are SMALL and the Jumbo are just the same amount of breading as the small kolache but with a bigger hot dog in it. That’s it. I’ve never seen a jumbo kolache with more hot dog sticking out of the sides than in the bread.

The lady at the register wasn't very polite or inviting (28SEP, mature Asian female). She gave me the impression that I was a bother rather than a valued customer. Great customer service goes a LONG way!

To end on a good note, the sausage rolls and glazed donuts were delicious!

Arrived at 10:15 to buy, and they threw everything away. So there were no donuts to buy during business hours.
