Waited more than 15 minutes to be sat with only two other tables with people seated at.
Took over an hour for all of our food to even come to the table. Then got my order wrong two times then finally got it right, but it was obvious that it had been sitting for a while. Then to top it off the food was cold. Then got my friends drink order wrong when asked to have the right drink made the waitress throw the cup in the sink. The waitress was also on her phone lot. The only good thing about tonight was the night manager that just got on shift. He fixed the messed up food order. 3/11/25 9:15 to 11:10 We are not coming back to this Dennys restaurant #7833

This is not a family restaurant. When we arrived cooks were walking around the parking lot like they were lost. While we were ordering we saw the cooks come in and go straight to the bathroom and the 2 cooks stayed in there for about 45 minutes. We left not worth having food cooked by crackheads.

Because why was my Berry Stuffed French toast made w/pudding!? I called and asked so that I could return for my order to be properly prepared as all other Dennys prepare this pictured/advertised item. .. there was confusion so i asked, did the cream come premixed‽ The young lady informs me that it did not and the chef at their location mixed it with pudding. No ma'am..I don't eat pudding either, so it made it that much worse that I have wasted my money. Yes, I ordered without the Strawberry syrup ..but not w/out the typical stuffed cream. Foul on yall. I called in order.

Hope it's on the closure list,!! I stopped going to this location 3 years ago, they went out of the way to ruin my steak dinner, and NOW they are advertising it as a special . DON'T DO IT!!!!

Ordered food for pickup. Drove 15 miles to pick it up. Got home and the 2 x Chicken fried chicken meals both had 2 charcoal briquettes and a burned piece of toast. This place wasn't even busy and this is the quality? We have an ihop 3 miles away but went to Dennys because typically they're better. The cali skillet looked like dog food. Paid for extra avocado and got less than is typically served, in addition to it being brown and mushy.

$100 food ticket for a family of 4, an hour to go pick it up just to wind up trashing almost everything and making soup and sandwiches for the family.

When we called to speak to a manager, we were told by a young lady that no manager or supervisor was on site. Only a server, a cook, and dish washer.

Food was just not good. Eggs weren't done and not hot.On top of that there was a hair in it. Also no ice for drinks. The waitress was apologetic and nice but definitely disappointing.

Bacon in omlette was burned to a crisp. They put the black bacon pieces in omlette and served it. Excuse was bacon is precooked. It should have been served if it was burned. Poor attitude. Hope if all bacon like that don't serve it.

I recently visited Denny's and was blown away by the outstanding service and food from the moment I walked in I felt a positive vibe that made me feel at home
The menu had a wide variety of options I got the grand slam and it was a 10/10 the eggs were perfected, the bacon was crispy and the pancakes were fluffy and delicious
Our server April was intentive and kind hearted and ensured every standard was met
Will I come back? Absolutely
