Horrible experience..me and my family went in on the last day of Ramadan. I ordered a dp, she said ok but after the 1st refill we are charging you for another drink....I said EXCUSE ME?! ummm....let me get a water then...she talked to get manager about it, and decided we could get free refills!!!! Ok so I ordered the drinks, we ordered out food about 10 mind later, but now we all need refils.... I look around and the server (jasmine) is setting on ger phone at the bar..so I get up and get me and my family of 5 all refills... then 10 mins later we need more refills, still..she's sitting on her phone, so I ended up getting 4 refills for everyone before our food came out 1 hour later, one plate came...and then another plate, and another...basically none of ate together....they were making the plates 1 at a time lmfao. And then I found out my cup was DIRTY the whole time..I asked for the manager and she tried taking off only 10%. Ten percent! I said no ma'am give me your name and corporate number, she refused!!! She wouldn't identify herself, or give me the number...so me and my sister hang out there for another hour trying to get them to make it right by taking at least the drinks and 2 meals off, they refused..so I said I'm going to leave and yall can figure it out!!!! Then she threatened me with cops ?♂️ lol. So I called the cops, cops agreed with us..but we had to pay...FULL PRICE! Ok whatever so we paid the full bill that night, but then the next day we talked to the franchise ONWER, and we'll we ended up getting our money back 100% and a free meal on them at a nicer more professional location! O and for thr manager on duty, she Def got written up or fired ?.

Good customer serviceWaitress was amazingDiner was nice and cleanif it wasn't for those 2 things I would have gave zero stars. Steak was old and Grey it pulled apart literally with the touch of a fork, that's not the kind of tender I like lol. The hashbrowns and eggs were stale as if they had been sitting out forever waiting to be orderedRegardless I paid in full and tipped. I just could not regain my appetite and left the rest of food on my plate.

Wait staff was stand offish* at end of the meal she insisted if she should make my drinks to go UHH NO Ma'am I replied. Wait staff brought me pancakes other customer touched the plate of as though they were theirs and mind you they were not as Hot ? as they should have been.
