Nasty doughnuts! Like eating gummy bears and chewing gum!
Girls behind the counter were not very friendly, did not acknowledge the customers, need to work on customer service.
Absolutely loved this spot! The mochi donuts were soft, chewy, and bursting with flavor. The boba tea was perfectly sweet with just the right chew in the pearls. Friendly service and a cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend!

They truly live up to the their name, devil and angel; half good and half bad. I ordered a Korean corn dog, cheese and sausage. At first glance the dog was big and bulky, they took a very long time to make so I thought it would be thorougly cooked, but it wasn't the first half was delicious once I got to the other half it was raw dough. So raw that it would drip out of the corn dog. These girls need to be taught how to properly cook a corn dog. I'd love my money back but I dont ever wanna go back there, not even if it was for a free item om their menu. So disappointed

Came in about 45 minutes before closing time as a little mini date. The man working the front did not greet us and was wearing nike slides ?? And claimed that they ran out of the hard candy fruit that we initially had came in for. Ordered the half and half taki dog. Was really good just wished the service was better. Please work on customer service.

I love the Mochi Doughnuts. They have always been fluffy and delicious, but I just bought some and they are terrible.!!! I always get cinnamon & sugar. I noticed they weren't as big ang fluffy as all the other varieties, but I purchased them anyway. They were dry and really tough to chew. Like they were 2 or 3 days old or something. I tried calling them to tell them I would be bringing them back, but no one would answer. I called multiple times. Unfortunately, I couldn't go back right away or I would have. I just threw them away!! $13 for 4 Doughnuts and they weren't even edible!! This was the Blue Mound location.
How can I get a refund??????

I got the strawberry matcha today it was so good! I also love the orange tanghulu its my favorite, the workers are so nice and the girl taking my order was so funny! haha also the music was really good they were playing ptv 10/10 would come back!

We saw nice reviews for this place which makes Tanghulu. We called ahead to place an order which was not accepted by the store. She mentioned trying online via DoorDash but there was not such listed with DoorDash. So we called again and the lady asked to come to store in person and it should be 15 minutes and apparently they were making it! After we got to the store waited for 45 minutes without any trace of our order. Seemed only 2 ladies working at the store and seemed overwhelmed. Finally after 1 hour of waiting we got the Tanghulu!

Absolutely FREEZING inside, was ready 30 minutes after the online order said it would be ready. They ignore everyone that walks inside, I watched multiple people leave because nobody was manning the front desk. The food is great but don't expect great customer service

No tanghulu and no k- corn dogs. Literally why we came all the way here. So 50% of what they offer was not available.
Not as tasty as the spots in Carrollton, my k dog wasn’t good & the donuts tasted like they used old oil/:

The mochi donuts were way too oily, and the tanghulu wasn’t the best. Took like 15 minutes to give us our Corn Dog but it was pretty good.
