Dickey's Barbecue Pit

THE WORST Dickey's location ever!
I never would have thought the Dickey's brand would want to be associated with such poor conditions. It's connected to a gas station, the seating is outdoors with a table that's falling apart. It looked dirty everywhere, even in the food prep area! No fans in the outdoors, and a broken ac unit in the window and uneven floors so you can't even sit comfortably in what could barely qualify as chairs.
The food is fast food quality not Dickey's quality and small portions. Even the 3 meat plate was barely enough and they barely packed the food! I'm pretty sure the mac and cheese and potato salad were bought from Kroger or Walmart and put into the Dickey's packaging.
We even had to ask for two more packages of BBQ sauce to get a decent amount.
Every time in the past, I go to a Dickey's I walk away satisfied but this one made me and my stomach feel half empty and ripped off.

Not sure how this location got a franchise. Food was mediocre at best. Located in a gas station, not a problem for me, the little enclosed area outside had a portable air conditioning unit pumping out hot air with it being 91° outside. I like Dickey's. Would skip this location.

Food was horrible. Haven't been to this location until today. I won't go back. Chopped brisket was dry and had a weird taste. Mac and cheese tasted bad as well. Only thing that tasted good was the sweet tea. I've always liked Dickies but this wasn't anything like the Dickies that I've had in the past. It's been about 5 years since I've been to Dickies until today. I absolutely will not eat at Dickies again. SMH

Save your money. This location is connected to a gas station and the food was honestly trash. We wasted over $50 on food that wasn’t anywhere near Dickey’s BBQ worthy. It tasted like two guys in the back were just throwing precooked food together. The chicken fried chicken literally looked like just a plain cooked piece of chicken—nothing like what it should be.

To make it worse, I tried to use my dining card that gives me $5 off—it had already deducted from my card—but the cashier refused to honor it. On top of that, we had to wait just to place our order, even though the place wasn’t busy.

Overall, a very disappointing experience. If you’re craving real BBQ, this is not the place.

Dickies has the BEST Polish sausage! They also do not use MSG! Yes, Virginia, people really do have allergies to MSG.

I order door dash for 11am. The sent me day old pork and sausages. And the pickles tasted bitter. When I called they said that they gave me old food bc the driver was outside waiting since 10:45am. They knowingly sent out old food.

I get brisket slices To go and food is old and got me bad stomach ache !! I gave haft of it to my little dog she threw up all over floor, this this second shot that I tried they were same as first time there’s no difference so disappointed.

I don't know what happened to dickies but this not it. I just ordered and this food is disgusting. I got a three meat plate with brisket chili and baked potato casserole and my hand is almost as big as the plate and I'm a little woman. The taste is off doesn't even taste like bbq. I've never had brisket that was so tough. The only thing that's good is the bread onion and pickles. The brisket chili is sour and my casserole is just something like instant mashed potatoes.
