I accidentally ordered pizza at the wrong 1187 location. The worker was so kind & said he’d call the other location & get it taken care of. He did & then came back to the drive up window to let me know that my pizza was in the oven & it’d be ready shortly! Best customer service ever & the pizza was great!!! Thank you lots!!! SL
I placed an order for 3 medium pizzas. All looked like they had been dropped. No cheese or toppings on half the pizza. Called and once they finally answered, I was told they had a batch of bad dough and that’s why my pizzas looked like that. The lady who said she was a Manager was so rude and dropped the phone. A CSR agreed to bring me a replacement pizza but never showed up! Whoever owns this shop needs to tighten them up!

I called the store after ordering online tonight because I ordered extra mushrooms and bacon on my pizza. the bacon amount was ok but this definitely isn't extra mushrooms. I understand that mushrooms shrink when they're cooked but if I'm gonna pay for extra, I should receive extra and I didn't. and I'm certainty not going to go to the store after paying a delivery fee for then to fix it
