Ordered several times and had issues more then once. Always gave drivers $5 tips, but drivers kept forgetting items. Just Ordered pizza and cinnamon bites with 2 icing cups and no cups came with order. Called store and was told driver would bring them. 90 minutes later driver didn't show. Called store and was told they will just refund me. I'll be deleting my Domino’s account and ordering from Marco's from now on.

Ordered it online, picked it up in 10 minutes, quick service, the store looked good, people working were friendly and it was a good pizza.
Disappointed! I tried to order online it said my payment did not go through but charged my account $15.13. I was unaware it charged my account and tried to order again. Again it said charged my account $15.13 for a pasta and cheese bread. I went up to the store to see what happened and why i was charged twice. The general manager gave me a # to call and there was nothing else she could do for me. I called the number they said i was actually charged 3 times instead of twice. A total of $31.16 charged out of my account. He said there was nothing he could do for me. I would at least like food instead of the refund. I have receipts of the transaction stating my account was charged by dominos. Highly irritated about this customer service.

Jodee the manager was amazingly hospitable. I ordered my Pizza well done for delivery and it showed up undercooked and Jodee made it right. She remade my pizza properly and had it re-delivered, and even offered me a free dessert. She handled the situation so amazingly and made me comfortable ordering here again. Thank you so much Jodee for being an amazing human being !
