Whoever the manager and driver was last night should be written up. The driver left my food outside on my porch last night in the cold. My instructions say to call me. I also left a $5 tip, the least you can do is actually deliver the food. When I called the store to talk to the manager, she asked for my order number. I started giving my address, and she hung up in the middle of me speaking. I called back and the manager only made excuses for the driver. Terrible customer service. As a former manager and delivery driver, that was some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Never had any issues before, but last night was wild.

I order delivery from this store at least once a month. Today I was delivered a cold pizza that looks as if someone just threw a hand full of cold beef on top. When I called to get a replacement I spoke with a manager named Valerie, who only said she would replace it and disconnected. I called back and this same Valerie argued with me that she told me she would replace it. But never said when or what time. Very rude and unnecessary, but who's looking for professionalism anyway!? It's just a pizza right? Yawl need to do better but I cancelled the order. That one time was enough for me to never order from them again. Too bad because I really like the pizza, but my money is valuable.

I gave 3 stars because it is always hit or miss. Sometimes our food is fresh and hot, other times it's o er cooked, or simply just not good. This last order, we ordered the cookie brownie and they literally pieces together an order from other orders. It was mostly made of corner pieces. Did they think we would notice that?? Come on.

My credit card was hacked at this location. I waited 10 minutes on the phone to tell the manager, but SHE was too busy to talk & be alerted to the fraud. I will only pay cash going forward, because this hacking isn’t an isolated incident at this location. DO NOT give them a credit card at this location. Store #6947

Whoever works there at 7pm on Saturday Oct 26, black haired girl with glasses is awful. Went in, she sighed, gave us attitude, and rolled her eyes when picking up a pizza. Get better employees. Terrible service. Will not be coming back

There’s always somebody friendly if I pick up pizza or have it brought to my car and the pizza probably out of 40 orders I think one time might have been something small wrong with the order but I give them five stars. They do a great job.

UPDATE: This store has gone downhill. I mean waaayyyy downhill. The last 2 pizzas I got here were awful. One was not cooked, drowned in too much sauce, and smashed up in the box. The next time my pizza looked like it was dropped on the floor and then put in the box. It was mangled and had some kind of black crud on the bottom. It tasted so lousy that I threw it in the trash. I will never go back there again. I should have taken pictures and posted them here.

its OK for cheap pizza. Our pizza barely had any cheese, so they tend to be a little stingy with the cheese. Especially our Pepperoni pizza, there was sooo little cheese there were huge gaps with no cheese on it.
