I’m big on reading reviews and deciding whether I should go there or not but my daughter loves dominoes so I took the chance since we just moved to this area and the reviews were low. We have ordered here multiple times and this location is always on point! The pizza is perfectly cooked and taste so good! All staff has been amazing as well. So to raise the reviews as they deserve I’m posting! Thanks rufe snow dominos!

Ordered a XL Brooklyn style cheese pizza it arrived messed up, i called the store they gave me problems about remaking the pizza because some of it was already ate but I have kids that had been waiting on it. If they couldn't remake it, fine give me a partial refund. But they finally opted to remake the pizza and send it back out. The remake arrived worse than the first pizza. Called the store they told me there is nothing they can do for me can't refund and can't remake the pizza.They also forgot my 2 liter Pibb extra and 6 cups of ranch on the first delivery had to call and tell them about the Pibb, I was heated and didn't even mention the cups of ranch they forgot.It's probably not the stores fault or whoever made the pizza, it's the delivery driver that's either taking turns too fast or holding the pizza bag sideways.When I spend $60 on pizza and $5 on a tip before I even get the service, expectations are a little high. No way for me to remove my tip.I have ordered this same exact pizza from the same store multiple times and I have never had this issue with the pizza sliding around or whatever the issue is. The lady on the phone said this is normal, and the Brooklyn style pizza is just flimsy.

This location is far too understaffed to handle the volume of orders it takes. They really need to limit that, but the franchise just doesn't care. Just like most businesses over the last several years, all they want is to pay the lowest wage and collect as much money as possible. All while the customer service goes further and further downhill. Also, it doesn't help that the Domino's corporation itself milks the franchises for all they're worth, leaving little room for error. And let's not even talk about the poor quality of some of the ingredients. That pepperoni is disgusting, and it's the most ordered thing they have.I'm done.Vegetarian options: It's a pizza place. You're never gonna get a true veggie pizza here. They have to make the product so fast its almost guaranteed at least a small piece of meat is on every pizza. Especially since there's no time to wash hands very often.Parking: It's not so much about the amount of parking available as it is the size of the spots. They're tiny. Then there's those people with their massive trucks who don't have enough knowledge or courtesy to park out of the way. It's all a part of our decaying society, I suppose. We're slowly giving it back to nature. We just don't know it yet.Kid-friendliness: There's a bench. There is nowhere to eat here. Leave the kids in the car.Wheelchair accessibility: I've seen a wheelchair make it inside, so it's doable.

1 star because zero is not an option.It took over an hour to get our cold pizzas so we called and they said they would send out hot ones. The driver gets here with an attitude and wants the other pizzas back. We have never had a problem here before but tonight was horrible. Will not be eating here again. Basic communication skills and customer service is not something they pride themselves on!

First time ordering using the app. Our pizza was delivered on time and hot. We like extra crispy thin crust and it was perfect. The delivery driver was quick to our door and very courteous. I will be using the app from now on.
So I have ordered from this location about 2 times maybe 3 max and the service is HORRIBLE. They do not sever follow directions you pay for three toppings and they give you the equivalent of 1 all together and I ask for well done otherwise it basically comes raw and they have yet to deliver it in the way I ask and not to mention the hard thank you to my 16 year old for not tipping the driver because 1000% the order comes wrong and generally I don’t mind tipping. Pizza was the option because I had surgery and couldn’t drive or lift anything, but I love dominos the store up the street is my favorite and I wish I could pay them to deliver to me. Had to put the pizza in the microwave to get it how I ordered it. Sadly I ordered a pizza they got it wrong called them and they offered to remake it and still got it wrong which speaks to my history. This will be my last time order here until either new management or better cooks

This store was no better than fair a year or two ago. Now? Best store ever. fast, exceptional quality, fast friendly employees along with super easy fone app with Apple Pay. At LEAST 5 Stars here.

Horrible customer service as well as store managers. They hang up on you as well as yell and huff and puff on the phone when there is a problem. Oh and the shift manger doesn’t give out his name and if you ask for it that’s what you are told. I wish ownership of this location was aware of how their staff is running this place into the ground.

I order a pizza for delivery I advised them that the order stated that the order wasn’t delivered she stated she didn’t know what was going on with the app and he just left with the pizza after calling back 30 mins later she discovered that the pizza was sent back I advised her that I had called 30 mins earlier and she stated she never talked to me and yelled when asking to speak to the manager she eventually hung up the phone worst service ever!
