It’s sad, but I won’t order from this franchise again. I don’t know if it was the App’s fault or the store's, but I wish the manager had taken my call instead of putting me on hold for 20 minutes, after which I hung up.

I ordered pizza through the App, which said the wait time was 38-48 min. At 50 min, the pizza wasn’t baking, according to the tracker. I called to make sure the store got my order, and they said mine was the next to leave for delivery.

Another 40 minutes passed, and the pizza still wasn’t at my house. Like I said earlier, I don’t know if it was the app's fault for giving a 48-minute max timeline, but when the reality was closer to 110 minutes, something needs to change. This is borderline false advertising, and at minimum, it’s misleading customers to say “your next” when it’s not the truth. I would have happily picked up the pizza if I had known delivery was going to take forever.

It didn’t help that I waited long, and the pizzas tasted terrible. If management’s lack of concern for customer feedback indicates how this franchise functions, I would recommend Corporate close this shop to prevent further damage to the brand's reputation.

90 delivery time and still waiting. Friday night ordered at 5:20pm. Seems they are understaffed. I called to check that the order went thru took them 4 min to answer the phone.

Literally the worst! The owner needs to be delivering pizzas himself on the wknds! Delivery is ridiculous and they don’t care! The pizza tracker is NEVER accurate- tonight est was 33-44min… it took 2hrs!!! And even after I called she said 20more min and it took 50! What is going on down there! UPPER MANAGEMENT GET IT TOGETHER!!

-extra cheese… does this look like extra cheese? Good lord

I ordered a pizza for delivery. When it got there, it was incorrect. I sent it back and called the store manager, who said he would remake the pizza. When the 2nd puzza got there, it was still incorrect. I called again, with the driver right there. The customer service is horrible and the managers need to be fired. This is NOT the first time a pizza has been incorrect. It is obviously the incompetence of the management. I have emailed the corporate office once again. CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THIS LOCATION IS HORRIBLE.

Nasty! The white, short, chubby girl with the blue hair didn’t care about a customer sitting there while she was using highly offensive language. She would randomly yell out FKUC. Disrespectful chubby girl needs to learn manners and stop talking over everyone’s food! This was around 7pm/8pm. Wednesday. Higher ups need to talk to her. They don’t use gloves- Nasty!

I attempted to order a pizza and salad for my mother on 10/13. They accepted my order, took my money, and then called after the fact to tell me they didn't have any salads left. Asked me if I wanted points for the order and I said yes. Well, not only did they not give me the points for the order (the order was a qualifying order so I should have gotten 20 points instead of the usual 10), but they still charged me full price for a salad that they didn't have. So cool, thank you for outright stealing my money, then calling me to lie to me over the phone about how I would receive points for the order not being correct. I can't seem to order from any Domino's franchise because the order will either be wrong, or it'll take 1.5 hours to deliver the order, or both. But rest assured they will send you a survey, you'll fill it out, and they won't ever contact you back about the problem.
