Placed a order online said 30 to 45 mins for delivery. 40 in the tracker sowed it was just getting made so my wife called and said they were busy. 5 mins later it showed delivered but no pizza. I call and ask for the manager some kid gets on the phone and makes excuses. I asked to come pick it up and he said 45 mins or a refund ok I want a refund then I asked for his name and he hung up on me. I drove to the store and they were not busy they were hanging out and the girl working...

Pizza order was delicious and accurate. However I’d scheduled a parking pick up, followed the instructions by parking and putting on my hazard lights. No one came out to deliver my box so I had to go in anyways to pick up my order. There was some miscommunication about what happened to the online order and a couple of workers had to work to find out it the pizza was done or not. Already had given them 40+ minutes before I came to pick up so I’d assume it’d be already ready....
