Waiting for 2 hours for my pizza, can’t get a hold of anyone to cancel the order. Don’t know if it’s coming but I have been charged for it.
I am sharing my experience with Dominos. This business is one of the worst pizza places I’ve ever seen. They ripped me off a couple of weeks ago. The pizza they delivered was not the pizza I ordered. What makes it so bad is that we had a taste for pizza and I thought I would splurge a little. The bill came to 41.00. 1. It took the driver 90 minutes to deliver. 2. Never received my order and spent over an hour on the phone to keep getting transferred or hung up on every time. Apparently the calls center says if they are busy they won’t answer the phone. Only when they did answer they would hang up. Stick with Pizza Hut. They actually have customer service and are quick to address these type of issues.
