We ordered the pizza online and it said it was gonna be a 10-15 minute wait. When we arrive to dominoes, the workers give us attitude and tell us it’s gonna be a 45 minute wait. While we’re waiting we see the workers touch everything imaginable without washing hands. The door handle, the computer, the telephone. Then continued to make pizzas. It was absolutely disgusting. Do not come to this dominoes. You’re gonna get sick. We really need to call the health inspector. 😡

I would give zero stars if it would let me the experience I had today was horrible I ordered online and received the message that it was ready as I got to the store the board showed ready as well the lady told me it was in the oven to give her 5 more minutes so I waited went back in to get my order and the messed up and had to remake it I told them I didn’t have time to wait I just wanted a refund and the guy that was supposedly the DM was very rude and didn’t want to give me a refund and told me he was already remaking the pizzas but I told him I just wanted a refund had an attitude the whole time and when he finally refunded supposedly he didn’t want to give me a receipt so I asked for his name and he refused he was just very rude.

Disappointed in the District Manager (AJ) need to learn better customer service and communication skills. I normally wouldn’t write a 1 start . I just don’t do any business with a company. This store earned this 1 Start . No wonder they have had six negative reviews in the past four weeks . This District Manager is taking them down hill real fast !

This is the worst location! Delivery driver called me multiple times stating he was too fat to walk up the stairs to make the delivery. Also The box was was half way open. Reported this to the manager and he really didn’t care! The overall experience was terrible at this location. Terrible customer service. I do not trust this place. Don’t eat here !

Order food for delivery. It was marked delivered but it never showed up. When I called about it I hold the driver said he delivered it and that maybe someone stole it. But no one showed up. It was just marked delivered when it wasn't. I was told a new ordee would be made and delivered by the same driver. At that point I don't trust the driver. Very inconvenient situation. Terrible customer service. Never again.

I went in to pick up an order and asked to see the pizzas upon pick up the were very dry and over cooked when I asked for them to be remade the young lady became very rude and snobby with the worse attitude imaginable! I have never received this type of service from someone in the customer service industry this was the WORSE service I have ever received and I would NEVER visit this location again. Not to mention they are asking for false 5 star reviews in exchange in free bread sticks. Treat customers right and take pride in the work performed and the reviews will come naturally. I will stick with the N Tarrant location because they understand common courtesy, made to order customer service and professionalism.
