the white heavy set guy told me he was the manager a tall skinny black guy was preparing my food and grabbed his hair and privates and continued making my food I mentioned it and he started yelling I am capping and came from the back and go into my face like he wanted to fight. All I asked when I see him do that was to please wash his hands then he didn’t so I was like I do t want the food. It also said on the screen my food was ready and that was like 10 mins after. Please review the camera and check on this I did send a email with this info with no response

There no point of ordering “ahead” on the app when they don’t even have the food ready even when it says it’s ready on the app. And then when you tell them the app says it’s ready all they reply is with “oh well” No type of excuse or apology And this is all the time.

Went to pick up my pizza yesterday and when it said my pizza was ready I went in to get it, they said it would be a few more minutes, well they messed up on one of my pizzas threw it away and my other pizzas that were ready got cold and they didn’t even tell me I just saw for myself. Then when I got home, all my pizzas were burnt. The crust was brick hard and burnt. The hand tossed pizzas all 3 were very thin and when I tell you the grease was dripping through the box it was disgusting. I’ve had issues with the dominos for the past visits I had with them with the same problem. Then I call the star and the guy said umm ok they said we are 1hr 30 min out with pizzas we can give you credit with your phone number.. I wasn’t going to argue I just said ok. I want a full refund me and my family got really sick over night just from the one slice we had.

Rarely do i ever write reviews so let me just say that you should spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Service is poor in and it always seems understaffed. In this particular location my pizza is always overcooked to the point where it feels like you’re eating cardboard. I have always been a fan of dominos but this location is simply terrible. If you want the RIGHT quality dominos i would highly suggest going to the one in the downtown area.

This is the worst restaurant in Fort Worth Texas. Hands Down. Not even worth a review 0 stars. I will be writing 0 star reviews across all social media platforms about my experience with this store, team members, and GM.
I've already spoke to the GM and he doesn't give AF about customer service, ETA for the producs or customer experience.
The regional manager needs to TRAIN THE STAFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Didn't want to even give a star walked in for carry out asked if any special they said no only all line but if you look on line it says carry out special plus I could do without the tone paid 33.00 in store I could've paid 28.00 yes few dollars difference but still don't lie about it

Vegetarian options: When I'm not " gorging" myself with the wings every once and a while I create my own vegetarian toppings. A quick way to get your " veggie on "!
