Horrible - unacceptable customer service for a pick up order. Two employees were feet away from the counter and neither acknowledged my presence, even after looking directly at me. They continued folding boxes for 2 minutes before approaching the counter, didn’t say a word when they got there - just looked at me, then went and grabbed my order, put it on the counter, and again didn’t say a thing. I'm still waiting on a pizza I ordered four hours ago.I have called repeatedly but no one answers the phone.I've already been charged for the pie yet no product.I tried contacting customer service but all I got was a bot.Order #14 02/21/20121
Everytime I order at this one they mess up our order I tried talking to the manager and general manager but no good response and reached out to corporate but no nothing and on top of that I reached out because my kids love pizza but nothing I hate we are going thru this covid 19
