They make my order incorrect and when I call let me on hold for over 20 minutes than answer and hang out!really bad experience and bad customer service!

Ordered delivery for 5 pizzas for a work event about an hour before the time I needed it by (12:45), and it was not delivered until almost 3:00pm with cold pizzas. Attempted to call the store at least 3 times to get an update as the tracker was stuck on the order being started, and could not get through once. The last time I called it sounded like the phone was picked up after 5 minutes of ringing and purposely hung up.
If there was an issue with the order or if it wasn't able to be fulfilled in time, I should have been contacted. I attempted to reach out to the customer service email provided on multiple negative reviews here and no response there either. Ridiculous

THE CRUST WAS HALF EATEN PEPPERONI WAS RAW AND BURNT NOT BAKED( VERY GREASY OILY (PIZZA CRUST WAS HARD AND OLD ) THE DRIVER LOOKED SKETCHY( When I opened my door he had just closed the bag with my pizza ) IM SURE HE DID SOMETHING TO MY FOOD

I'm not sure why management wouldn't get on the phone today but her name is Mella. I called twice today to speak to her. The deliver forgot half of my order. The first order pizza wasn't properly made and he left. I'm waited 30 minutes to get the pizza I paid for. I was told they would remake my whole order and add desert. I waited 30 minutes and it was not what was promised. She would not accept my call at all. I called 26 minutes apart. I think she doesn't like her job

Ordered online and it said it was done I live three minutes from Domino’s so it took me a minimum of five minutes to get there after it said it was done and as I showed up, they said it still had five minutes left. I waited and 10 minutes later it was finally ready After receiving the pizza I requested a Parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper to go with a pizza and the guy at the front register stated they quit giving crushed red pepper and Parmesan cheese like 10 years ago.
Edit:after eating a thin crust supreme and waiting the extra time the tin crust is extremely soft. Like almost an uncomfortable soft crust.
I ordered online, and they gave me the complete long pizza. And then when I called in to say something the lady was like oh well it's not our fault. Thanks but no thanks, you reminded me why I don't order pizza from you.

My pizza I couldn’t eat because it was so spicy. I ordered the veggie new Parmesan crust and nowhere on your menu. Does it say it’s spicy so I am I was really looking forward to having the pizza and now I can’t eat any of it so I called the store on Camp Bowie Blvd. And the lady that answered the phone. Her name was sky told me her manager was too busy to come to the phone and wasn’t listening to me didn’t even know my name so it begins with an L and she said well what do you want us to do about it which I thought was really lousy customer service cause I’m sorry you’re you talk about Customer Service being important to you but yet I have this woman young woman with a negative attitude asking me and a negative way what I want them to do. It should’ve been automatic Will make you another pizza and if you don’t want it tonight will put it on your under your name so I’m very disappointed on the other hand. There was a young black man there who was darling just sweet as could be and where they had no customer service. He had very good customer service. I want him to be recognized that’s it my name is Leslie our no ARNOVE store address 4620 camp Bowie blvd Ftw 76107 around 7pm, and I don’t honestly know if I’ll go back to that location or not even though they’re right down the street from me. I would appreciate A call from a manager who has time for me.
