Greedy franchise with poor employees.They need to close it down if they arent going to care about the customers and service. Every time i order its messed up. The pizza is trash here yet go to the one on the other side of town (West Berry) and its amazing.Never order here

The three Hispanic teens working are especially rude. They never greeted me just looked at me. I called them out for the bad customer service. Silence and laughter. I told them they were a rude bunch. They wouldn’t let me see the meet section of food area. The point of Subway is to watch make your sandwich. They are doing something shady and not on protocol. Somebody needs to look into this location. I left cause I don’t trust them at all.

Worst customer service ever ordered a pizza on 12/13 never received my order or my refund it’s been over a week and nothing resolved ridiculous! ordered another pizza for work on 12/21was never made or delivered had to wait for it to be made over 2 hours and didn’t get my deliver fee refunded when I had to pick it up! Will be contacting corporate not acceptable!!!!

We ordered food and it was never delivered. They are supposed to be open until 12am but no one was there. Though the tracker showed Someone named Shelton or Sheldon was working on the order. That was at 10pm. It sat in the que for quality check from 10:20 pm till the next day when all of a sudden the tracker stated that the order was complete. I filed a complaint. Nothing has happened. I called the manager and he hung up on me 4 times. I want my money. This is ridiculous. Not to mention unprofessional to the extreme.

It's 12/09/2023 we ordered a pizza and we waited over a hour and a half when the pizza showed up it was not right and cold. We asked the person that took the order to have the driver call because we can't hear the door. As I was on the phone with a rude employee that sure she was lieing about her name because she was laughing my wife just happened to walk out of our back room and heard the door. The pizza was cold and I was transfered to the manager and he hung up on me. We ordered extra sauce and the pizza was as dry as the Arizona desert. There was very much unprofessionalism in this establishment. I can go on. This was at 8 p.m. at night we didn't get our pizza for over a hour in a half again. I will call corporate office and tell them about how we will never eat at Domino's again. Thank you for a very bad experience to the night cre of 12/09/2023 and the so called manager. Business with those kind of employees will be losing customers that frequently order pizza during the week but no longer from Domino's off of berry street next to Fiesta supermarket in Fort Wort Texas. I suggest aybody reading this review will call some other pizza place and to the employee s at this place know that corporate office will be in touch.

Horrible place well not be going back ,got my order wrong twice! First time i said maybe it was a busy day , the next time i went back and told them my order was completely wrong ! Had the audacity to get rude and snarky . The pizza they give me to “fix my order “ was still wrong and missing wings not to mention cold and nasty ?

Food was disgusting. With their tracking feature they can’t deny what happened. Food came out of oven then sat in quality control for 35 minutes. Food showed up cold and burned. Cheese was burned black and bubbled, I guess nobody actually looked at it while it sat in quality control. Delivery person was nice and understanding when I asked about the cold food she delivered. Find somewhere else to order from that cares about the product they put out and are willing to make it right when they mess up.

I've ordered from here a few times now (5-8 times in the past yr or so) the people are very nice and polite but i have had nothing but problems. From orders bring completely wrong, to the pizza being cold, to it taking a few hours to deliver even when I was only a few blocks away at work.
