Last Friday night I ordered delivery for pizza. We sat out on the porch waiting for it. The app said it was delivered so I called dominos and the manager apologized and refunded our money and made us pizza for free. I was great full and waited for the pizza, the driver showed up and gave me a hatful look then shoved the pizza at me and walked away. I said I don’t know why you’re mad you didn’t even deliver it to me the first time.

FOUR years later and they still continue to underperform and absolutely disappoint. Waited over an hour for my delivery order and both pizzas looked like they were cut by a preschooler. Called the store and the employee was being rude and making me feel dumb. The Dominos on berry st would never do anything like this.

There was hair in my pizza I called and spoke with an employee the manager did not get on the phone he just kept telling him what to tell me that I would not be able to get a refund just credit or a new pizza which I declined he eventually got on the phone said he would give me a refund not sure about that either after I kept refusing a new pizza or credit I asked for his name and he hung up on me I called back several times he kept ignoring my call finally answered on the fourth call and I told him he was unprofessional and I was going to report him this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced not just finding a hair in my food that was in my mouth already is disgusting but to have to deal with a manager that was unprofessional employees need training on how to make pizza with protective gear and customer service.

I rounded up my order for 28, I paid the delivery person 40 dollars. Excluding the tip, my change was supposed to be 12 dollars. I give the delivery person the money, telling him “Here’s 40, and the 3 is the tip.” He just looks at me, turns around saying “have a good night” and leaves. Doesn’t really acknowledge me, the food wasn’t in a delivery bag, doesn't seem like the usual standard for y'all's business. Horrible service, horrible experience, and technically theft of customer. y’all know y’all were trained better.

Ive never had any issues until today . I ordered a half cheese pizza & pepperoni & ham for the other half . When received the pizza was all smushed the cheese got stuck to the top of the pizza box. Very de satisfied. The wings barely had any sauce and looked old.

Customer service was absolutely horrible , seems too dirty to eat at! No welcome in or thank you bye. Windows have All fingerprints all over and by the looks of it; hasn’t been touched by a broom in awhile. I’ve never notice because I order online but I had time to stop to order in person! Big mistake! Domino’s management do better!
Good pizza good coupons great on a budget. A great alternative to burgers or tacos. Parmesan cheese stuffed crust tastes great!
