always order (happily) from this location, Always cash tip (food handed to me) Tipped on the card this time (plus $ 5 cash tip) doorbell rang go to the door, and my pizza is on the ground waiting for me saved $5 but Needless to say, I will always fully tip cash now on....

went to pick up a pizza , nobody had gloves on or any hair nets .. beard nets .. , there were coughing into there hands & sneezing over the food as there were making it , scratching there beard & then touching peoples food. that’s literally cross contamination .. yall can get someone sick like that!! get it
Ordered on the app, put a note on there that I needed change for $100. Was supposed to be delivered in 25 minutes. They called me over 30 minutes later with the food ready saying that they can't break $100.That I could pick it up.I had no way of going to pick up.Had to tell them to cancel the order and lost my reward points used on part of the order.Thanks...Next time call the client right away and don't waste people's time and food.Also the reward points should be refunded. That doesn't seem fair.

Food showed up at someone else's address. When finally arrived my tots were burnt and half eaten. Tracked my order the entire time and the manager Eric's excuse was that if he didn't find the place in 5 minutes they just drop it off and leave it wherever. The guy never called to ask for more help locating me and didn't even try looking. He pulled up immediately to wrong location and dropped it off. Then Eric tried to make fun of me for have a free pizza coupon but was given that because they continuously mess up on orders. Then stooped so low as to try to insult where I live, which couldn't have valid points considering the driver dropped it off at some other address smh. As the reviews continue to show. The only one he embarrassed was himself and that store. Then when I asked for a refund on the item half eaten, as that's health concern, I was verbally assaulted and told I was wasting time for a immature girl trying to argue with an adult with weak antics. Had to call corporate for refund and file assult charges. Will never dine from or with trash! This is a poor excuse for customer service food industry and I can see why they lose customers all the time. If you don't like your job, don't go, it's that simple. Bunch of clowns work here and that's why their employment qualities are such a joke. Do better Eric. And do better Domino's!

The girl taking out the pizzas from the oven is too busy in the back on her phone letting my pizza burn and letting the food get cold. Don’t expect for her to tell you when the food is done after checking in lol just wow.

I online ordered on labor day. They had the order ready in 5 minutes. I went to get it and they even brought it to my truck since I had a little kid inside my truck. The staff should have had labor day off, but they showed up with smiles on their faces. Thank you so very much !
