Domino's Pizza

Me and my wife Dr. Tammy Wilson . has reach out bout this issue . They will tell you to email them to address issue and do not respond to you . The store has excellent food and is by far my kids favorite Domino’s location. However, the type of employees being hired raises serious concerns. Management should conduct thorough background checks on their staff. I attempted to address this issue via email as instructed, but received no response. While me and my family visit the store Phillips 66 gas station in front of QuikTrip to get drinks and head home . We witnessed a young employee selling drugs out of his Silver SUV with dominoes work clothes on Wednesday night we provided them with tag number via email . This is unacceptable and should be thoroughly investigated for the safety and reputation of the store and its customers. I will like to give dominoes a time to fix this issue as my 9/10 year old love this specific store , also the manger Chris he is a nice person my kids love him and we will like to return but not with this form of behavior.

My order was wrong you can't pay with cash the person at the window didn't know what to do at all bad service all together.

Pizza is great and all but when you make an order and it takes more than an hour then that’s where the issue relies.

The pizza I ordered tasted AMAZING it was high-quality ingredients, and the service was short, simple, effective, and fast. I ordered the new parmesano cheese crust with alfredo Sauce. It was delicious!

Food was cold when delivered.
Ordered 4 ranch dipping cups didn't get any of them. Called the store which I was asked do I still want them what do you think? Then says driver is gonna bring them, ok cool. Driver gets here with 2. C'mon now it's always something with this dominos last time for me.

This was a cozy busy nite for them. Chris took our order over the phone. Over half an hour later we call for ETA and was told our order had been canceled. No notifying us and my card had been charged. So he leaves to get us diner and five minutes later delivery shows up with our order. I called Domino's and again spoke with Chris. Explained that now I'm paying for two diners. Without hesitation she issued a credit to my card, apologized for the confusion and wished us a good meal. Just like that...I am so impressed with her efficiency, effectiveness and her tact. I understand they get swamped but Chris went above expectations!

Order quality disappointing. Manager arguing that its quality was perfect. Too much cheese, not enough sauce, and soggy for a crunchy thin crust. If it were perfect I wouldn't have any complaints. Manager was rude.

Not happy, children not happy. Let me just say this Dominos food chain....short/no staff effects the customer product. Work, life, balance, if you have just one employee cooking and their stressed out due to family stuff how can you think the food will be good.

This might be the worst restaurant in the US. They took 2 hours to deliver a pizza. In two hours, I could have myself one from the scratch. I ordered from the app so I didn’t all the reviews but please don’t make the mistake of going here.
