I have not ordered from Domino's in 10 years. I took a chance because I was exhausted and needed to feed my family. It was delicious! The food was delivered super fast, too! I will be ordering from them again. That parmesan stuffed crust was a hit!!!!

When asked for pepper flakes or parmesan cheese, the manager stated they don't give condiments at the store. Then I asked if they had ranch. The manager then stated that you have to purchase it. Horrible customer service and a waste of my time.

I went to get my pizza and I wasn’t completely prepared to get my food with my monetary value. I had to go to my car to get my debit card, and when I came back in there was a great disdain for my desire to get my food from the clerk. I tried to shrug it off but I noticed it didn’t matter. Even after I paid and it read as if I couldn’t complain about my food/service. Very disappointed in these companies, because if their employers are partying and treating them right the discourse wouldn’t have occurred at my level. Being a true competitor.

This is by far the worst customer service i have ever received. I am in the food service business as a Operating Partner for 20 plus years.This is the worst location in fortworth. The manager name Breanna is rude and disrespectful to guest.They burnt my pizza and told me nothing that they good do to make it right.Dont order from this location!!!

I was given the wrong pizza and had to drive all the way back and wait for it to be remade with no refund or anything extra to compensate my time and gas

I got a Meatzza pizza with no meat except for the bacon I added. How can anyone forget to put meat on a pizza that is supposed to be specifically covered in meat.

My name is Cristina and i ordered for delivery last night from the location on 7638 McCart ave fort worth texas 76133 and i ordered the extravagganza with absolutely NO mushrooms and it had lots of mushrooms as i am highly allergic!!! and a large handmade pan with bacon pineapple and jalapeños well that put ham instead of bacon!! And i ordered a 2 liter of pibb xtra and a 2 liter of sprite i only received the sprite the only thing correct was the spicy jalapeños pineapple chicken so of course i called and as soon as i got through to a real person as soon as i stated i just got my delivery and it was wrong they hung up on me and this happened 4 times. I was furious and i still am. Since when did it get so bad you cant even hear out the customer I was without transportation last night thats why i ordered delivery or else i would've gone up there its probably a good thing i did not but someone needs to be held accountable and corrective actions taken and my ordered needs to be corrected and delivered again. Thank you
Ordered my pizza online at around 7 hours before takeout time as I had other things to do during day. The price was right and a discount was provided by exceeded my experience even more. Arrived 10 mins early for my take out and without hesitation they promptly fixed it hot and fresh and in a jiffy. Thank you again!

This is the second time I've arrived to this restaurant in a month and my order had to be remade due to employee error. After waiting an additional 15-20 minutes from which my order should have prepared, my order was still incorrect. I was supposed to have buffalo mac and was given regular, and I asked for garlic butter sauce for the wait but they were not accommodating. After waiting I would have just hoped my order was correct... The store also had a very foul smell.
