Mojarra frita was hot, perfectly cooked and super tasty. The rest of the family had pupusas and tamales which were very tasty as well. (I tried them as well) Service was great I recommend this place.

Visiting from Arizona decided to try Doña Carmen pupuseria in Mansfield it was BOMB!!! I highly recommend this spot. Real Authentic Central American food. Best pupusas, Baleadas and Pollo con tajadas that I've ever had. I'm out here for 2 weeks and I'm definitely going back for more.

Loved the pupusas. The pastelitos were ok. Wouldn't not recommend the classic salad as it was 95 percent lettuce with no dressing.

Overall the food is good, it's one of the better Doña Carmen restaurants, but the service is the worst! They hardly ever greet or smile.Walked in tonight, at 8:20, hours online and on their door say 9pm. I admit we should have gotten there earlier, but for whatever reason we didn't.We get there, and as we're deciding to eat there or take it to go, we're asked for our preference so we say we'll dine in. Once seated, the woman that took our order, with the most unwelcoming look on her face, says, "I'll take your order, and quick because we do close at 8:40." She takes our order, which we ordered with pressure, and then she leaves. Not once did she ask us what we wanted to drink, they took their time and brought out our order, as we're eating, one of the other waitresses brings over some to go sauces and takes the bottled ones. My husband had to ask if he could get a drink since we weren't offered one, and after he asked she looked over her shoulder and dryly said yes. Our food came out, piping hot, and as they're all just kind of hanging out there we feel pressured to eat it hot.Food was good, so we did eat it. When it came time to pay, she assumed we were all on one tab even though we told her it was separate.

We came to eat and were very hungry and it turns out that apart from the bad genius of the waitress, they never served us the food because according to what they never put our ticket in the kitchen, very bad service, the waitresses should be kinder, more attentive... and ask if everything Alright …

Pupusas delicious

Ordered the revuelta pupusas. They are not cooked and hardly any cheese. They are using pork like desebrada in them. The flavor wasn't good. My husband is from el salvador and his fa.ily makes really good pupusas. The cortigo was off, very chunky and orange color. Won't order from here again.

The food is great but ,, they take so long to get the food ready. The service is definitely very different from a typical restaurant. They aren't rude but most of the staff is rather awkward. If you walk in and just sit down somewhere, or don't walk up and order, or grab a menu, you're probably going to sit there a while before someone asks if you've been helped. So, don't go in here expecting high and mighty service because it's just not happening, it's the same for any of the locations. But the food is delicious, fresh, and not processed. Also if you get take out they do not provide napkins or plastic ware so ask for it if you need it. The orange condiment is a sort of pickled/brined cabbage topping that pairs really well with the pupusas. It is not spicy but if you eat the dried peppers in it they will be. The rest of the menu is great tooParking: Parking at this location is limited but not bad
