I came for my favorite jelly munchkins and they no longer exist!!!! I’m so upset and then I continued to order a 50 count and frozen hazelnut and a peppermint latte when I received it the hazelnut was not frozen it looked milky it was gross! The color wasn’t even right!! And the peppermint latte was disgusting didn’t taste like peppermint and they had put a hot chocolate powder that you buy from the store on top what the heck! Awful experience will never come here again and I suggest no one come here!

I ordered two donuts and they put in container. When I finally opened it at home they were wet because coffee was spilled all over them. And I neither ordered a coffee nor drink it. They purposefully gave me garbage. They don’t respect anyone and don’t respect your hard earned money.

Came for the Halloween bucket, and spider 🍩 as well as a trick or treat candy 🍬 iced coffee , I called ahead to make sure they still had a bucket because I had just now went on October 31st. They did so went to get it. Cute designs for donuts , delicious as well, the employees were dressed up as well and it was decorated pretty cutely. Also, good customer service 👌 👏 👍

I absolutely love the avocado toast that I drove 15 minutes out of my way to get it to only receive avocado on half the toast and the smallest sprinkle of bacon. To spend the amount of money of this to barely get anything is not OK. I will be finding another location.

Love coming to this Dunkin'. The staff is always so friendly and everyone is always attentive.
Not one to leave horrible reviews which is why there are two stars gracefully provided. Just want to say that the service here is horrible and every person I just spoke to (or not at all) was rude as hell. Not even a “hello”. I’m embarrassed for whoever runs this establishment. Try to care more. Thanks.

I ordered an iced matcha latte with coconut because I’m lactose intolerant and they gave me a cup full of normal milk with matcha. When I called to let them know, the woman on the phone was snide, essentially told me she couldn’t do anything about that and lacked customer service qualities.

Gave me the nastiest hardest avocado toast I’ve ever had. It’s like 4 dollars come on. The customer service, fine whatever I’d be like that too if I worked at dunkin but at least don’t make my toast a damn brick
