First time at Dunkin, last time at Dunkin!! Dunkin do better and fire the people you have working there. The lady at drive thru which I suppose was the manager has a horrible attitude and should not be first point of contact period! The food was disgusting and the portion of food they give you can find in a kids meal! We order from 5 drinks and 3 out 2 were the wrong drinks.. Customer service is very important but now I see why Dutch Bros line was around the corner and no one in Dunkin line. Shame on you Dunkin Donuts, for almost wasting 50 I expected more !

Tried to order the 50 munchkins with the bucket and was told they didn’t have 50 munchkins maybe 30. I said ok I will pay for the 50 take what you have for the bucket. Cashier said I wasn’t allowed to do that cause what if other customers wanted munchkins. So they refused to sell me any munchkins. I hope they had to trash the munchkins at the end of the night. What business sense does that make? I was fine paying more for less product.

I went thru the drive thru ordering 4 cream donuts. They ran my card B4 giving me product. The girl was confused & got the mgr. She replied they don't offer them any more. So the girl returned my card & receipt, after getting home I found i did not get my credit. I called them and left a voice mail and 48 hrs had no reply. So I went to the store, mind you I'm handicapped but still went inside. The young man wanted me to take product, I wanted a refund. I showed him my receipt on my phone banking for $6.76. I gave him my card and he made the credit. Then finding he credited me &5.08. I asked why, his response, you said you ordered 3 donuts. Regardless what I said or what he heard, my receipt showed $6.76. At that point I was disgusted and told him to keep the $1.70 and asked him if anyone there was right witted. What a poor poor business and the manager should be terminated. They all need training on customer service. I know, I've been in sales for 30 years. I'm sorry for the rant but this is awful.!
