They never have the donuts you want. Anytime we order thru the app the order is wrong and they service is extremely slow. Save your money and go somewhere else.

I went thru the drive thru ordering 4 cream donuts. They ran my card B4 giving me product. The girl was confused & got the mgr. She replied they don't offer them any more. So the girl returned my card & receipt, after getting home I found i did not get my credit. I called them and left a voice mail and 48 hrs had no reply. So I went to the store, mind you I'm handicapped but still went inside. The young man wanted me to take product, I wanted a refund. I showed him my receipt on my phone banking for $6.76. I gave him my card and he made the credit. Then finding he credited me &5.08. I asked why, his response, you said you ordered 3 donuts. Regardless what I said or what he heard, my receipt showed $6.76. At that point I was disgusted and told him to keep the $1.70 and asked him if anyone there was right witted. What a poor poor business and the manager should be terminated. They all need training on customer service. I know, I've been in sales for 30 years. I'm sorry for the rant but this is awful.!

I remember the original Dunkin Donut. Believe me these places are NOT Dunkin Donuts, their horrendous, their a joke. DO NOT waste your money & time. Ordered two cak donuts what did i get? Two soggy cake donuts that were some weird pumpkin color on inside. Oh my god, just terrible. No, this is not DUNKIN DONUTS, this crap.

Here lately, every time I go to this place my cold brew taste like nothing but milk. I get a plain cold brew to see if its a little stronger and nope, it tastes like water. So disappointed because this use to he my spot.

There were tiny flies in the display crawling all over the donuts. I mentioned it to the staff a few times and they brushed it off/did not appear to care. I ended up getting a refund because I was so disgusted. 🤢

Worst Dunkin’ would not expect this from such a decent neighborhood but idk how many times I have ordered a vanilla sprinkled donut for my 3 year old only to get a plain vanilla. This time around it was just thrown in the same bag as hot food and melted. Maybe it’s my fault for continuing to order from them. Next time around I’ll just go to one of these mom and pop shops for a donut. Half the price and a lot better service picture doesn’t do it justice. Wish I would snapped a pick of my “wrap” that was crumbled

A couple of years ago this place had the right people working. Now they have a very rude boy with long and dirty finger nails handing out your order through the drive thru. My issue is that they don't know the difference between a chocolate glazed donut and cake!! And why are they running out of glazed chocolate donuts by 930?? Even spoke with the young manager and she told me they would fix it! It's a shame cause DD really does have the best chocolate glazed donut 🍩 😋
