I'm traveling from out of town and think, gee wouldn't it be nice to have a bagel with a cup of coffee? It's bad enough they charge $8 for 2 bagels with cream cheese, but then even after the kid read my order back to clarify what I wanted, they still made it wrong and knowing it was wrong gave it to me anyway. How stupid can you be to not be able to spread cream cheese on a bagel? Last time I will ever spend a penny at the dunkin dump 👎

Average Dunkin quality, sometimes the workers aren't the kindest but overall it is a solid location. Well priced, not a ton of quantity in size for food but It makes sense for how low priced it is. Better deals can always be found on the app and you can build points so that is nice.

I normally use the drive thru, but this morning I had a pick up order and went inside which was a first. I work in restaurant and I’m big on service. The employees here were just awesome. They all had their stations and weren’t running around with their head cuts off like most places, the drive thru girl was on top of handing out her orders while still being professional at taking orders. The man on the line was moving super fast at making the food orders and the cashier man was so nice and also very quick at getting my order ready. I loved every second of it!!!

I can’t rate the food because I didn’t have any. I went in with my husband and there were two employees writing the question of the day on a white board. There were two behind the counter. I walked in and one of the employees behind the counter said “Hi” and walked away. No one else spoke to us for the next five minutes until finally we just left. No one said a word as we walked out the door shaking our heads.

Talk about nasty people. I pulled in for a cup of coffee follow the sign that said drive-thru did the exact same thing with the car behind me did and was refused service because I didn't go all the way around the back of the former bank to use their speaker. Which was not labeled. And when I said I apologize can I get my cup of coffee now I got a nasty smarmy little manager. I don't need to ask you first thing in the morning and I don't need Dunkin Donuts coffee either. Avoid this location they don't care about their customers.

The atmosphere was fine, but the donuts tasted day old BAD and the customer service was very rude. The signage was not clear on where to enter the building so I went to the drive-thru. They don't have their donuts listed on their board, so the guy told me they have 25 different donuts. Ok, so I told him I would rather see what they have rather than ordering in the blind. He said I could always come inside so I told him I didn't see any door to enter the building. He chuckled and said there was obviously a door so the employees could enter. Once inside the guy that worked the counter mumbled and messed up my dozen donut order. I've always enjoyed the Dunkin' location in the HEB area so in the future I will have to drive to the location further away if I want Dunkin' donuts, but I will probably take my business elsewhere.

This is my favorite Dunkin ever, Dunkin is my favorite fast food restaurant and this one always makes the best coffee and food. I drive 20 minutes to it every other day just to get this service. Great team!
Plenty of donut selection and beverages. However, the computer ordering system was out of order very frustrating when treating grandkids.

I went to this location against my better judgement and ordered what I normally ordered. Onthe screen it showed iced, so I clarified my order. When I got to the window, the customer service was awful. I asked to use the tap to pay. The young lady at the window was not paying attention. If she had, she would have seen she was too far away for me to tap. Then she says,”Did you tap?” I was a little caught off guard. Obviously, I had not tapped because she was too far away. After I finally paid, I noticed a green iced beverage. I repeatedly corrected my order before driving to the window just to get there, and it’s still incorrect. The young lady starts telling me that was my order, but I corrected her. I have NEVER ordered iced drinks, and I corrected the order several times. The girl looks at me clearly annoyed and wanted me to take the drink. I refused because that was not what I ordered and paid for. She then tells me she has to speak with her manager. I would normally have taken the drink and requested to pay for the correct drink; however, another person comes and immediately starts telling me that was my drink. The person was rude, disrespectful and argumentative with me about MY order. She called herself informing me on lattes. I am middle-aged and know the difference. When the screen displayed iced, I corrected the order several times. She still kept making snide remarks. I actually started to drive off and leave the situation. Another young person comes and tells me to pull around to the front. After waiting for my correct beverage, I let the lady know that I did not appreciate the exchange and will be calling corporate. If the order is wrong, just correct it. Please save yourself some time, energy, and breath. If you can go to another location, go to another location. As a result, I was late to work. I was actually afraid to drink the beverage and threw it away.

We came through the drive thru about 8am this morning by noon my co worker was puking her guts out over and over and by 2pm I was too The only thing both of us ate was DD.

I tried the $6dollar meal and only thing good was coffee. Hash browns were still frozen in middle and sausage egg sandwich was not warm and moist.
Please put the sandwich’s together better
