Coffee was great but every time I order hot food it taste like cleaning supplies. Maybe whatever y’all clean the ovens with lingers or something.

I gave them a 1 star because it’s hit or miss with this location. Never consistency. I’ve had to take three orders back. I’ve got raw donuts and I’ve also got bad coffee and I brought my drink back the next day and the staff treated me as if I was stealing the drink when I paid seven dollars and something for the drink And that day I bought additional donuts and they were raw I will never return to this location again . I’m convinced they basically tried to poison me because why would you be handing out raw donuts to people?

I made a morning visit and was impressed with restroom cleaning. The restroom was clean and stocked. Only issue noticed were a couple of unoccupied tables dirty and did not mind personally contributing with cleaning my own table. Other than that I am satisfied with the visit.

NOPE ! YUKKKKK I had my son go get some because I was craving donuts but Shipleys was closed so got these ! PEOPLE PLEASE COMPARE !! THESE ARE THICK AND NOT SOFT OR FLUFFY AND AIRY LIKE SHIPLEY'S !! I WILL NEVER BUY THESE AGAIN !!! What a mistake and waste of good money !!!!

Terrible customer service! The cashier Handed me my bag, immediately closed the window and turned her back. I had to flag down her counterparts just to get her attention to ask for napkins (which automatically should’ve been provided). Upon checking my donut I realized that there was dog hair on it. I do not have a dog, I immediately brought it to the cashiers attention and requested a refund. With an attitude, she processed my refund. I told her to have a nice day, as opposed to exchanging verbal common courtesy she immediately slammed the window. Very unprofessional, on top of this being an unsanitary location.

I was traveling back from East Texas and received a horrible cup of coffee. I didn't see another Dunkin until I returned home to the Summer Creek location and they kindly replaced my bad coffee for no charge. Amazing customer service!
Worst customer service in the world, walked in and cashier didnt even acknowledged me, i stood at the counter for 10 min while she made an order, after she was done she walked away and came back and proceeded to make another other right in front of me when i said is no one attending the counter she turned and said we are in a rush when there was one car at the drive thru literally. Rude as can be. Never will be back

I had such a pleasant experience at this establishment. The atmosphere was very welcoming and relaxing. Amari was fantastic and provided top-notch service. She was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
