Absolutely horrendous customer service. I went thru the drive thru 20 mins before closing because it was the only place open that served coffee. The lady already was huffing and puffing when I pulled up. Than when I asked for munchkins she decided to get passive and yell “well we’re all out of that because WE CLOSE IN 10 MINS” she knew it was wrong cause she had some dude take my pay and give me my coffee. If you hate your job so much than just quit and find something you enjoy doing. You’re obviously not getting paid enough as it is, so just go do what you want. But yelling at people who are paying for a service because you close in 20 mins is not it. I would’ve been fine with just the coffee if it didn’t come with a side full of hate that I didn’t ask for. This is why I’d rather pay an arm and a leg to go to Starbucks, because they actually enjoy their jobs and make my experience pleasant and don’t yell at me because I pull up 20 mins before close.

I really want to like this Dunkin’. It’s convenient to my house, but it is so bad. I’ve literally given it around 30 chances, and I’m finally giving up. The place is consistently filthy—inside and out. The employees act like customers are a bother, and the service is usually rude. The donuts aren’t even made there and are always cold. The kolaches taste like old meat, and even the coffee has gone downhill. And the final straw: they now ask for a tip at the drive-thru window, right after asking you to donate to something they’ll take credit for. I just bought my kids ten donut holes and myself a medium coffee, and it was almost eight dollars. No, I’m not tipping at a drive-thru, and no, I’m not donating. I also won’t be back. What an awful business. Donut Delight is about 30 seconds away, locally owned, and run by the nicest people. They don’t have a drive-thru, but that’s fine—I’m happy to walk in and give them my business rather than deal with the Dunkin’ on White Settlement. Side note: I am normally a very generous tipper, but a drive-thru? Give me a break. When Dunkin’s CEO and top brass make millions, maybe they should consider paying employees more instead of pushing customers to tip. It’s ridiculous.

Ordered a drink with oat milk. I never confirm if my drinks are made with oat milk I just trust them but for some reason that day I did and when I asked, the drive-through person said it was made with regular milk because they were out and truck did not come until the next day but they were not gonna disclose it with me until I asked. I think he wanted me to take the drink as it was but I asked if there was any other non-dairy milk, almond, soy etc and he said no so I asked for a refund and then me offered lactaid milk and I never had it but at that point I just wanted to leave so I told him I'd try it. Unfortunately I still got sick and I should have just gotten a refund. Overall they were nice but they need to disclose when something is not available.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. We went into this location for the first time a few weeks ago and it was the worst experience ever .. The manager and the workers have absolutely zero customer service skills. The first time we went into that location we waited in line for almost 25 minutes (no exaggeration) while the 1 women in front of of ordered their food. The employees behind the counter never bothered to acknowledge that we were even in line. Fast forward to 10/29 which happened to be my birthday we decided to give that location ine more try thinking maybe it was just an off day for the workers..We waited in line not as long so we thought ok we will have a better experience. The worker was very kind we had coupons she took care of is very well.. for reference my husband ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and a hot coffee and I ordered a well toasted bagel with cream cheese. We ordered it to go. We got home which is less than a 3 minute drive. We sit down to eat and my husband's bagel is perfect..I opened mine and there was only cream cheese on one side of the bagel and is was BURNT beyond belief. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION ... Don't bother calling Customer service to share your experience it falls on deaf ears and you just get the run around. Next time ill go to the grocery store and make it myself. Thank you dunkin for ruining my birthday breakfast.

We ordered door dash for an order of 4 snackin bacon, and we only got ONE order with 4 little pieces of bacon in them, very trash and very scammy. Be careful with this dunkin 😬 we even went in person to ask if they had them and the girl said no. Which was a lie, clearly. They just don't want to make fresh ones.

Caramel macchiatos with no caramel. Black coffee tasted okay at best. Took a minute to get the order out. We asked for a drink carrier and the girl handed us a drink carrier with one drink and handed us the other drinks to put them in the drink carrier ourselves.

Worst Dunkin I’ve been too. Always takes forever to get your order even when it’s not busy. Literally stood there for 20 minutes for one coffee and the woman at the counter had an attitude. Not to mention the people that walked in after me got their drinks right away. Won’t continue to spend money here.

Very slow consistently… waiting in drive through a for 30 minutes on average… just meh. $6 meal deal is the reason for going because the value is great but it is always sooo slow

Stopped by th drive thru around 2:45 pm today. Was asked if I wanted their $6 meal special, I politely declined and waited for them to let me know they were ready to take my order. And no one came back. I sat there for a minute thinking they would say something and no they didn't. Guess this location doesn't need any business
