They will not fill orders when ordered through Uber eats. My driver waited 45 minutes. I tried to call, they will not answer phone. I gave the driver an extra tip, when he got a bit angry at them. I did try them another time, thinking maybe it was a bad day.....nope...driver waiter 30 min with no service and I cancelled the order. I will never shop here again!

I absolutely cannot stand going to this location. They are always out of something. Called 20 minutes ahead to ask them if I can order Baskin Robbin’s products from the drive through instead of going in. He says of course. I asked do you have the Pistachio ice cream and he said yes we do. Great, how much can I order of it, he says “you could order 5 gallons if you wanted”. Great! Drive up there and guess what…. “We’re out of that flavor”. But I just called 20 minutes ago specifically to make sure before I drove here and he told me y’all had it.. “we can run out of it in that amount of time”.

I placed an order for a dozen donuts, 10 minis, and hashbrowns. All I received were ice cold hashbrowns, but was charged for everything! When I tried to call, all I got was a message that messages could not be left!!! I will NEVER order from here again!! Customer service is crappy and a rip off!!! This was for a work function!!

I need to find a different location. This place rarely gets my order right or in a timely manner, whether I walk in or use mobile order. I always have to ask for a rag to clean tables when I want to sit inside, and the employees are always more interested in socializing with one another instead of filling orders. I’ve tried coming back different days and times, hoping these incidents were a one-off or bad day, but this has been a consistent problem. And as a side note- I’m writing this review after having been asked to park out front of the store while I wait for them to remake the mobile order they got wrong.

I drove quite a distance to give this location a try I have never been to a Dunkin so I figured I couldn’t go wrong with getting a hot chocolate for my daughter and myself. I ordered whipped cream however when I received my order there was no whipped cream and I watered down hot chocolate. I was highly disappointed.
Rarely have certain flavors of ice cream.
