Came in at 11:30 to get a coffee and a doughnut I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such rude customer service laughing at me when I tried to order only a few doughnut holes because I did not want 10 tells me to to just get a doughnut which I do because I don’t have another choice then when I get to the window she has the snuggest look on her face and rudely hands me my bag and tells me my total takes my card gives me my coffee and my card back and just walks away she was so unbelievably rude and I’ve never had a problem like this with this location..sad

Rude customer service through the drive through! I wanted a dipped cone and was told they don’t have those! But it’s combined with baskin robbins? And I said uhmmm do you have regular cones and she rudely says yessss. All I said was if you don’t have dipped cones why are they on the menu and she continued to be very rude saying u was being rude. Do better training your young kids.

Dark roast IS NOT cold brew!! I don't know how many times I've ordered cold brew and gotten the iced Midnight roast. I was inside the store on one occasion and caught the guy pouring it. When I asked what he was doing, he told me it has more caffeine. When I still said I didn't want that, he admitted that they were out of cold brew. I haven't gone to this location in a very long time, but decided to change it this morning. I even asked at the drive thru if they had cold brew and was told that they do.....and yet I got dark roast. I won't be back.

Rude employees who only care about talking & getting done what they were previously doing b4 you walked in.Acted like it was a privilege for them to GIVE me my order & even take it.Wasn't great coffee or donuts.Was really overall disappointed.Place wasn't the cleanest.

I stopped coming here because of the horrible service that I always tend to receive when visiting this location. This morning I forgot my coffee at home and decided to stop at this Dunkin’ Donuts since it had been months and I was hoping the rude lady at the drive thru wasn’t there. Welp. She was, another rude encounter with Alicia (red head skinny woman) and they skimped on my coffee. Barely halfway full. I’ll definitely go to Starbucks from now on.

They’re the slowest people terrible time management. Girl in the mornings with long ponytail moves like a damn sloth!
They're doughnuts have gone downhill, granted I don't eat here often. Dry, weak flavors, and when I was here the doughnuts tasted slightly chemically. The staff was great and the place was clean though.
