Both times that I bought donuts here, both times 9-10am on a weekday, they were horrible. They were not fresh at all.

We put in our order on the app, drove 10 minutes to get there, and then waited an excruciating amount of time in the drive thru while others no doubt experienced the same problem we were about to which was them not having the items that we ordered. There's definitely a huge disconnect between ordering in the app and actually getting your food. You'd think they might offer at least a free donut for your trouble, but nope... nothing. It's hard to find a good Dunkin donuts anywhere these days...every time we go there's always some kind of problem and often rudeness to go with it. It's a shame. I highly recommend avoiding this location.
