Don’t go! Simple. They charge $10 for a cup of ice… with a shot of redbull. When you ask about it, they go mute….. you ask if they are done talking about it…. Leave…. Call corporate & they give you nothing in return. It’s a terrible business. They don’t pay their employees worth a damn either! Awful company. Sure had me fooled for a bit. The photo is my drink after removing the “ice”. LOL this place is an absolute joke. Customer service is just as awful. They don’t ask how you’re doing, they can’t keep up with the volume of business either. Such a shame.

Update 12/31/24 …..
I got this glorious response from their “customer support team” lol! I cannot make this up. She legitimately explained the can sizes of redbull…… don’t sell 32oz drinks with only 16oz of actual drink….. common sense. Don’t explain something stupid to me, like a child. Do better for your business & your consumers. Or those that use to be consumers.

Went through on 12/31/24 at 1pm. Only two broistas were working, I assume because of callouts. The girl at drive thru was working extremely efficiently to get both drive thru and walk bar’s drinks out. She was very nice and I feel bad that she felt so rushed. Please give her a raise!

I went there trying to get me some coffee in the morning Thursday for them to tell me there espresso machine wasnt working so i drove out 15 mins since this is the closest one to me just for me to leave empty handed and i went back today Saturday got my coffee asked for cinnamon sprinkles on top there wasnt any i went and told the lady and she said i did put some and i couldnt see anything there on top of my soft top im pretty sure cinnamon would be very visible and she said ill put some more and she put some sugar sprinkles instead of cinnamon on top she was so rude the lady working there this morning in the inside with a pink shirt on but i love yalls coffee and yall started off so well had the best customer service when i first went there but that is going downhill

I went once because this is the only local location with a dining area and I thought it would be super cool and decked out like others I've seen... it was very boring and bla. The employees weren't very friendly either and it took a while. My drink was amazing though.

This was our first time at a Dutch Bros and to say our experience was terrible would be an understatement. Never have I experienced such racism and rude customer service. We each downloaded the Dutch Bros app and were offered a free drink through the app. After ordering outside at the walk up, we realized things were taking quite long. After getting a worker’s attention we asked her for the status of some of our drinks that we hadn’t yet received. She then proceeded to tell us that she looked through all the receipts and the order was not there, I explained to her that we did put in our order with another worker. She then proceeded to tell us that the coupon was previously used and I explained to her that it was because the order had already been placed. She then proceeded to tell us that the coupon couldn’t be used more than once and speaking to us in a condescending tone, all while the drink magically appeared next to her. The drive through was busy, the walk up was busy, I can understand if the order fell through the cracks. What I can’t understand is the accusation of us trying to “steal” or “get one over” on the store. Your workers should know that all black people are not crooks & all other races are not innocent. You would think that another worker that actually took our order would have stood up for us and verified that they did in fact take our order, but they did not.
