I was expecting a good cup of coffee, my americano was more water than coffee, my wife got a latte, there was more water than coffee or milk on the cup. A bit disappointed will not visit Dutch bros coffee again

I ordered ahead since I was on my way to work. Tha girl working outside in the line was too busy talking to the car infront of us and playing with their dog. We had to honk at her so she would let that car move up. When we had to talk to her she gave us attitude.
I went yo this bd again today and the same girl was at the window. The line took forever because she was keeping people around the windows talking to them. I was late for work. I guess I will not be going back now.

I hate the location of this Dutch brothers but it’s super convenient as it’s very close to work, drinks are always perfect and service has always been perfect everytime I’ve come here. Lines are ridiculously long though lol! 10/10 anyways

First off, they gave me the wrong drink and then when I gave the girl at the window a 20, she gave me back change for a 10 I then informed her that I gave her a 20 and she argued with me that I gave her a 10. She had an attitude about it as well. It wasn’t until she opened the drawer and realized I gave her a 20 that she gave me the correct change. How are you gonna argue with me when I know how much money I gave you? I mean really? Very frustrating and very disappointing. I go here quite often and I will have to think twice about going back!
