GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK… First, there was HAIR IN and ON my drink. Nasty. Secondly, The young blonde lady running the window is rude. If you don’t have customer service skills like knowing how to talk to people without things like rolling your eyes and making facial gestures, you shouldn’t be on the window.. Bad hire. Lastly, it’s not BLENDED right. If I ask for a freeze, it should be mixed right, not where it’s just a bunch of syrup and a small amount of ice. Worst Dutch Bros. in the Metroplex. Never going back!!

Let me 1st start by saying, I LOVE DUTCH BROS!
But this location, disappointed, was an understatement. They were busy but not too busy, we were in line for 20 mins, the broista wasn't very pleasant. Not only was the order I received wrong but my lemonade was a rebel and the my parfait style drink was not a smoothie at all. TBH im not really sure what it was. 2 large drinks in the trash and $16 in the trash.

Every time I come here, the wait lines are so long because they only take orders of the window… Even when it’s like 70° and it feels great outside like come outside and take orders?? Especially because there’s no speaker outside
None of the workers seem happy to take your order. In fact I witnessed before I drove off today one of the workers a roll their eyes when they didn’t get a tip walking towards the car.
Like no, I’m not gonna go get service. Here can roll your eyes at people for not tipping you especially when you waited until the line was more than three cars to come outside.
This is the closest one to where I live, but unfortunately, I won’t be going to this location anymore.
And whoever manages this location needs to do better.
Was very busy, but the ice teas were pretty good. My girlfriend got the lemonade. And she's very thirsty and loved it!!

Great drinks, just too slow. I've waited 25min for a drink in the drive through before. Simply not worth going if i have to waste half an our to grab a drink, fix the slowness and you're good.
