I order dutch bros 5x a week. I live 4 miles from this store. Ordered a large caramelized with extra caramel drizzle and I swear im drinking chocolate milk. I will drive to the one across town

Slow service pick lane is annoying people cut the line.

This is my go-to regular dutch bros for the past year since moving to crowley and the employees and drinks have been great! but whoever was working the drive-thru around 10am ish was extremely cold and rude for no reason it seems which made us uncomfy ... and then got the worst drinks i've ever gotten from here 😭 Time to switch to the one in burleson.

My favorite Dutch Bros location in Fort Worth! Great staff, drinks are ALWAYS on point, and they never miss on my Strawberry Horchata with a strawberry soft top. Bomb dot com!

Completely annoying, two lane option at the drive through, the person responsible for taking the orders hyperfocused on the lane closest to the shop. The I O Dot in front of us in the far lane was terrified to pull forward. The order taker finally decides to help him move up, about three orders layer. Then she goes back to the other lane and is quickly reminded that we are now four behind where we should have been. The coffee was great, the drive through service was a new level of bad.

It took over 15 minutes and I tried to get out of the line but there was no way to exit the drive thru. The server let 3 other cars that cut through go in front of me because he refused to move from his one spot and for the price, it's not worth the waste of time.
