Completely annoying, two lane option at the drive through, the person responsible for taking the orders hyperfocused on the lane closest to the shop. The I O Dot in front of us in the far lane was terrified to pull forward. The order taker finally decides to help him move up, about three orders layer. Then she goes back to the other lane and is quickly reminded that we are now four behind where we should have been. The coffee was great, the drive through service was a new level...
I come here regularly and it’s a really nice location. My only complaint is the drive thru is really slow in comparison to other locations. I’ve sat in line for over 30 minutes on multiple occasions. I recommend walking up the window for prompt service. Employees are usually friendly and attentive.
