Awesome rolls. My wife doesn't like seafood but tried the Vegetable roll and loved it. Me and my daughter tried several rolls and loved all of them. They have a sauce that they make themselves called a spicy ponzu. OMG. It's good on practical any of the rolls. Try this place for Sushi. You won't be disappointed.

Just moved back to Fort Worth and had to have our first meal here! Ximena is incredible and is alway so kind and welcoming. We have always been impressed with the staff and the food. 10/10 would recommend.

If you like a cozy and comfortable dining space, this one is a decent one to look into. The dining area is a small one, not very wide but deep'ish. The tables line the wall on the right side, there was some bar stools to sit at the bar area. They serve full bar style drinks as well as beers. The sushi is ok priced, some of the rolls came out super big, larger than expected. They were tasty. Tho on the menu it's mostly a Mexican style sushi. They are good rolls, but I didn't taste or feel like they had a true selection of Japanese style sushi other than the sushimi. If we return, it will be to try nothing off the menu but to do our normal "chefs choice" were we get to try chefs creations that aren't on the menu. Hopefully this will be an option here.

This place is gross. Floor, blinds and walls are all covered in thick grease. The restrooms smelled awful. They also serve salads and sauces in disposable bowls. They clearly don't give a crap. For being as expensive as it is, patrons deserve better.

Dropped in after work, grabbed a seat at the sushi bar. Prompt & courteous service. Our waitress was very attentive, made us aware of daily special & offered menu suggestions. Wasn't hovering but came by throughout our meal to check on us. Spicy seafood Ramen- actually has more veggies than we expected, which isn't a bad thing just wasn't as full of seafood as we would've hoped. Also not too spicy! Which for me was great, my husband requested more spice on the side and was provided a dish of sirachi. The Good Friday roll - Very good, would be a safe bet to order again. But with the sushi options I'd probably also find something different to try! Not pictured- tempura calamari & veggies, gyoza. Both were good! Also...fried rice- didn't get a picture but it was delicious. That'll be a must order next visit. I noticed quite a few of to go orders placed. Definitely noted for the next time we want sushi or fried rice at home!

Edohana has always been a relaxing spot for eating top tier sushi and tasting warm, buttery saké. I used to go every week. The staff is amazing, except for one Korean gentleman with glasses. I had never, in my journey for amazing food, been treated so poorly by a waiter. When asked his name, he said I wouldn’t even be able to pronounce it because it is Korean. RUDE. He was very mean, I was appalled and completely taken aback. The food is amazing, though I’ve had better ramen. The sushi and the sashimi are my favorite in town!

Went here for the first time on Sat. Food and service was fantastic! Vegetable tempura was very hot and teriyaki chicken and beef both had that great hibachi grill taste. Prices were very reasonable. Now our favorite Japanese restaurant in Fort Worth. Only suggestion would be to put a large sheet of plastic over the bars by the first table to block the wind every time the door was opened, and the noise from the people waiting for a table.

Poor service. Waited over an hour to be served. Was told they were short on cooks. I was still expected to pay full price for halt the service. Help me understand that.

As I write this review I'm conflicted about the food. The Sushi roll I had was delicious but the chicken in the ramen was disgusting. The service was nothing special but not bad, and the atmosphere was well okay. Overall I would go back if I was in the area but wouldn't make a trip to go here.

Not only is the sushi fresh and some of the best in town, but the service is outstanding. Had a very pleasant experience here and will definitely be back!

Out-of-towners here. This place was close so we ordered to take out. The bulgogi was a child's portion. The chicken shrimp fried rice was a heap of greasy rice with one or two pieces of meat and a some vegetables for garnish. Thank God I can go home and order a meal from my favorite Japanese restaurant with confidence.

Boy, do I love Edohana!! The sushi here, while maybe not authentic, is super creative, and I promise you won't find anything like it anywhere else! My favorite is the Texas Cowboy Roll. It made such a statement, along with the Edohana Special that the table next to us asked what it was. I just love trying all the combos they have. Staff is also friendly. The one downside is that the restaurant is very cramped, but it's worth it for the food.

Sadly, this is probably the 8th or more time we've been here and I FINALLY thought to write a review. What's wrong with me?!What we LOVE about this place - it's a small place where people remember you. Our "sushi guys" remember you! But we also sit at the bar and always engage with them. We walk in and they remember us -a small town feel! But the point is, being near sooooo many places in Fort Worth and Dallas, we keep coming back here. Quality, experience, and value is why we come back. This looks like a modest establishment in a shopping center, but its quality food and service. Yes its "small" , yes it may take a wait if you come during peak time, BUT you will get Quality regardless because the servers see you, the sushi bar sees you, and everyone makes sure you have a good experience.Literally doing this review at the restaurant and stopping now becausey bf said, "stop, we don't want this place getting busier!" ?We always get apps and sushi, and today we finally tried the ramen. Yaaaas. Just as good or better as a very popular ramen place in fort worth.Even when fort worth is my oyster, I still choose Edohana!*** because of how good it is, i ALWAYS forget to take photos of my sushi rolls... until it's too late!
