Einstein Bros. Bagels

Coming from the north east NY NJ, these bagel just don’t taste the same. Something is off in their recipe. They lack the flavor profile of a good NJ bagel and the cream cheese wasn’t thick it was super runny like toothpaste after brushing.

This place was cute; atmosphere nice. Workers were friendly. Food here was just ok. The brisket bagel was expensive for absolutely NO REASON‼️ I’m glad I got an extra egg because it had maybe ONE tablespoon of meat. Smack dab in the middle of the bagel - not even spread out.🙄🤬 I wanted my money back, but I don’t like confrontation. The All-nighter was the star of the show‼️ Very delicious‼️ The blueberry bagels were really good; plain bagels were, uhh, just plain & hard. My son used them for sandwiches. Cream cheese was so good. Overall, an average experience. It’s way on the other side of town; I don’t think it’s worth the drive.

Had me on hold for 15 minutes, I called back and requested a refund for my missing item only to be told I have to come back in person to get my credit. They didn't even offer an apology or anything else for the inconvenience. Definitely won't be coming back.

I went in there to get my bacon bagel and everyone was extremely nice they were training a young man to be able to take orders and he was smiling repeated back to you and said thank you that's great customer service And he even asked if I was a reward member seems like every other place that I've gone to nobody ever asks you have to tell them and then by that time they were already rung you up and ran your credit card through so you don't get the points for it but here he was very kind enough to ask me Today is August 26, 2024 9:34 AM is when I walked in they rang it up as a to go order but I sat down and ate and it does not have his name on the ticket but it shows one 0026 I don't know if that's his ID number But whoever it was was very

I walked in and cashier looked like she was pissed and had an attitude problem. She was there as if by force and made my experience uncomfortable and she acted as if she didn’t want to communicate. I’m not trying to be your friend I’m paying for a service. If you hate your job quit 10 outta 10 will not return or recommend for lunch. Place was empty and what are you so pissed about geeez quit. First and last time here. Experience sucked balls

Jalapeno Cheddar is not available on doordash. It's the only one I eat so it's annoying that I am unable to order it

Fast and quick service food taste excellent quality standard. Only thing is it was busy and rush hour and the lady taking our order was rushing us saying “are you ready or not” I understand it’s rush hour but don’t rush us either. Other than that amazing food!

This review is for 2 visits. During one visit the female manager on duty completely overlooked me and the cashier was extremely rude. I ordered online but was waiting in line to order more items. The manager had no idea I had an online order and directly helped the individual behind me. My online order included a caramel macchiato and an all-nighter egg sandwich on an asiago bagel. Despite the unprofessional service both were delicious and made perfectly. During my second visit, customer service was better. I should've got the cashier's name he was friendly and professional. I love their caramel macchiato! I will continue to purchase it when I visit. Sadly, during this visit, the same manager from my previous visit selected my bagels. The blueberry bagel had quite a few blueberries. But the cinnamon raisin bagel she selected had barely any raisins. Overall, the establishment was clean. When leaving I noticed a wet floor and trash on the floor.
