Good bagel, good price, friendly service. Being next to a college campus, I was concerned about the quality of bagel and the overall store atmosphere, but this location was great. I will be back soon!

Manager has horrible attitude, I tried asking her if there was any traces of nuts (because I'm allergic) and she gave me an attitude! Also ,gave me the bagel burnt

I used to love getting breakfast here but it’s gone downhill, ordered online and even showed the “manager” the money taken out of my bank. She still didn’t give me my order. Not good service.

Horrible management! Went Saturday 7/15 @8:30 and the manager (not sure if her name is Luanne she did not have a name tag but she was an Asian women) yelling at her employee with a lobby full of customers and she spoke to me as if I was d*** while taking my order. That women should NOT be working in management.

They don't close at consistent times. They randomly leave notes like "closed today at 1" or "closed today at 12:30" and you never know when it will be. So if you go anytime past 12 you could be out of luck even though they are supposed to close at 2.

Used to have Sun Dried tomato bagels, but hence it is no more. According to manager, they have not had them in a while. Bring them back,back back. I have always liked Einstein Bagels.
