The bagels at this shop are excellent! The staff was friendly but very quiet. Loosen up a bit folks and make your customers feel appreciated! Everything else is excellent!

My favorite Einstein Bagels location! The Fort Worth spot is always friendly, fast, and consistent. Fresh bagels, great coffee, and the staff makes every visit easy and enjoyable. Never disappoints!

I got two all nighter sandwiches and 2 hash browns this morning. Got home, cut my sandwich in half and immediately saw someone’s hair IN MY SANDWICH. Immediately threw it away. Whoever is cooking at this location needs to get that under control.

This location takes forever to get you your order every time and the person working drive through is always not super pleasant.

This is one of the worst run places I’ve ever seen. Not only did they not confirm the order before trying to hand me the bag with a missing sandwich, they completely skipped out on the egg on one of my sandwiches. It’d be one thing if they were busy or if this was the first time, but I’ve had this happen to me at this location several times over a couple months period. Do not leave this place without checking your order.

We are humans, and respect is for all, if the service person have some problem or specific situation please try to resolve first, no matter what, look for help. Today is better than yesterday, please smile, is free. I can understand. This is a multicultural state.

Simply ordered a bagel box to go- 20 minutes wait with just one lady and her daughter ahead of me. Lots of standing around by the staff

drive thru staff were very rude and kept interrupting me as i was ordering. while i was ordering drive thru staff kept saying “is that all or you need more” and i genuinely was baffled…i hope next time i go they are more nicer..i genuinely like the bagels..

This location is in serious need of new staff that has knowledge of customer service and food service/quality.

I was given food that was touched by other customers due to the workers fault.
I did inform them to redo my order.

I honestly avoid this location and just go to the university one. (Even though is an inconvenience)

Please hire staff that actually like to work and have people skills.

I ordered a bagel sandwich with a jalapeño and cheese bagel. They gave me the bagel separately and charged me for it
I saw on the recipient that there where two bagels young lady said no only one sandwich. WRONG. And this was after a fifteen minute wait after I ordered. I have been there before their costumer service socks. Will not be going there again.

We do not have an Einstein bagel establishment in deep south Texas where I live so we were excited to stop and pick some bagels up for the road.
However, this location did not have all the flavored bagels prepared, the bagels we received were cold along with the eggs & bacon that were inside. It was extremely disappointing for the amount of money that we spent.
