Visited 2nd time bought family meal the beans were rotten they didnt give us hot sauce or tortillas and the chicken was so dehydrated & overcooked you couldn't even eat it lost 58.00 for a family meal noone could eat won't be going back to this place and their terrible food

My companion and I went to El Pollo Loco for dinner. After we paid for our xhicken meals, Juan mentioned there was a complication. He went above and beyond to resolve the matter, and he made sure we had a wonderful dining experience. BTW, the food was cooked to perfection Thank you, Juan!

We Love Pollo Loco and have loved since we lived in CA. Unfortunately horrible experience from manager and corporate customer service at this location in Alliance.

Very poor service, after spending over 100.00 (way too expensive for a meal) I got home and was missing two items. I tried calling the restaurant for 30 minutes until they finally answered the phone!
The manager said he could not refund me the money on the missing items. Granted, it was only 8.00 but the principle of paying for food and not receiving is not acceptable. The Manager said only the district manager could help me and I asked to have her call me. 2 days later no call. I called back again after three attempts the manager finally answered and said maybe tomorrow she would call me.
Terrible service not to empower the manager to give refunds for food that was paid for and not given. Now I'm trying to get in touch with corporate headquarters! I spoke twice with customer service and all they have said since 18 days ago was someone will be in touch with me! Can you imagine how embarks will be for this team to get a call after I write the CEO to share my disappointment with Apollo Loco stealing my money!

We ordered the 48 piece meal last night for our party that was supposed to be there at 11. We didn’t get the food to the our job till one because they forgot to make it when we talked to the manager. She couldn’t care less and didn’t care that we had people waiting hungry the food was mediocre, horrible, horrible experience and on top of that it was 200+ dollars never going there again.

Came at 11:13am all doors locked and open sign on. One employee looks at me but does not open door. Didn’t answer phone. Hours shows your suppose to be open.

IF THERE WAS ZERO STARS I'D HAVE PICKED THAT! Gone here many times and there is obviously NO MANAGEMENT. EVERY EMPLOYEE HERE ISN'T SMART OR CAPABLE ENOUGH TO TAKE ONE SIMPLE ORDER OR GET THE ORDER CORRECT!!!! You hire the WORST employees who know NOTHING about customer service or how to talk to people! These kids you hire FOR SURE act like they don't want to be there at all!!! You will go out of business if you don't get people with 'PEOPLE SKILLS & CUSTOMER SERVICE!'

El Pollo Loco's friendly and encouraging server helped me with Gluten-free options, a good meal at a reasonable price. The location is on the east side of Presidio Crossing away from the heavy traffic, making it an easier location for parking, too. Moist and delicious Tacos al Carbon on fresh corn tortillas with cilantro is perfect after a very hot day. I have enjoyed the salads with a careful look at ingredients, made to my needs. They have a nutritional chart at the register to check for 9 different allergens and were quick to change gloves to make my order. Lots of good sides options, including broccoli! It is the place to go on a busy shopping day for a quick and tasty meal!

Dietary restrictions: The corn tortillas are Gluten-free for Tacos al Carbon. The marinade is stated as citrus, spices, and garlic. The meat had good flavor and was not peppery. They change gloves on request, and make your meal to order.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY! They will NOT take accountability when they mess up your order. We had a missing item , and when I called the asst. mgr, he refused to refund the cost of the missing item with the excuse that “We can’t refund via the app.” Thus, when they mess up your order, you are out of luck - they’ve got your money but you don’t have your item - some might call that stealing. He only offered to give me the item “on your next visit.” Why would I ever go back to a location that screwed up my order? Why should the Customer drive to the restaurant to get what should’ve been DELIVERED? They need to implement a COMMON SENSE policy that every delivery order must be PERSONALLY EXAMINED by the manager-on-duty to ensure that what’s in the bag matches the receipt. And if there’s a mess-up, the manager-on-duty will PERSONALLY DELIVER the missing item. If personal inspection of every delivery order is performed every time, the manager won’t ever need to personally deliver any missing items. Until and unless they implement such a policy, ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK! I SUGGEST - DON’T DO IT!
