We went for lunch on Saturday with 6 people and they charged us all more than the prices on the menu. We all got about 10 dollars more than what we consumed.
i dont know how this place got four stars . the salsa was jist canned tomato sauce. the shrimp is already cooked out a bag. the ceviche was bad the taquitios look like they come from a bag the chilli sauce chesse sauce and verde were not made fresh. none of the food is fresh or cooked. this is not even tex mex

Food looked like it all came from bags or premade food already. I got a tostada de Camaron, looked like they just defrosted a bag of shrimp and put it on the tostada and there was no seasoning. The salsa was canned tomato juice with onion. The chips were stale and badly seasoned. My abuela wouldn't eat this. It's not Mexican and This isn't even texmex

Food is always good but the workers could be nicer specially the guy working tables and the older lady taking orders on the phone and payments, i seen new faces working today they were nice, but theirs a couple of people that been working for a while now here and they could be more polite i feel.

Everything was great until the ticket came. The tip was added to my ticket after tax. I did not appreciate that.

We love El Puerto and have been very loyal customers for several years. The food is always top quality, and the service is flawless. The *only complaint* is the *VERY UNCOMFORTABLE* seating!!!!! Some of us have really bad arthritis and *VERY PAINFUL* joint problems, and the HARD CHAIRS make the pain even worse!! *PLEASE CONSIDER* installing a couple of booths with padded seats! I sincerely hope the owner or manager reads this.

The place main language is Spanish. It is very nice that the 1st language is Spanish, even that they are bilingual.
The food is delicious, the ladies are very attentive. The prices varies.

What a gem! I’m so happy we tried this place. I LOVED my enchiladas verdes and my friend really liked his chicken & beef enchiladas. We substituted double rice because we don’t like refried beans. The chips and salsa were different, but I liked it! The salsa was almost saucy. And the water was good, too, which is a plus haha give this place a try!
Kid-friendliness: They have little toy quartet machines and gum-ball quartet machines the kids were playing with and seemed to like.
