The perfect place for a small food business to prepare their food. The owners are so sweet and supportive of all of us who rent kitchen space from them.

I had a hard time finding someone to make my daughters baby shower cake. No one would call me back or they would text me until I asked the price and then I wouldn't hear from them again. I googled bakeries near me and found this one. She actually responded with a price, that was 1/3 less than anyone else that I was able to get a price from and that included a very nice cake - that I sent a picture of what I wanted - two dozen cookies and two dozen cake pops all for 1/3 of what a cake alone would cost! The cake looked EXACTLY like what I sent her a picture of. It was perfect and it was delicious as were the cake pops and the cookies. I am referring all my friends to her! Excellent!

My dad was recently diagnosed as diabetic and with a rare form of cancer, so needless to say celebrating his birthday this year was pretty important to me. I live south of Austin so I needed a sugar free bakery that would deliver. I emailed about 3-4 bakeries at the same time; Sandie with Elixir Bakery responded in about 15 minutes, another bakery responded in about 2 days, and no one else bothered to respond at all. From the very beginning, Sandie was so helpful in figuring out what to make, the delivery options, etc. She worked out an alternate payment method to accommodate me as I was recently scammed via PayPal. I wanted to send some gifts along with the cupcakes- she let me mail them to her and sure enough she delivered the gifts, too. I had to change the delivery time last minute- Sandie, as usual, was very responsive and had no problem with it. On the day of the delivery, she snapped a pic and emailed it to me, showing me that she had left the delivery on the front porch. And of course my dad said the cupcakes were delicious! Because of my dad's current health issues, this was so much more than "just" a delivery to me. It means the world to me that Sandie was so great, accommodating, communicative, and willing to help me do this. This is the type of customer service the world doesn't hear much about, anymore. I 100% will use Elixir Bakery again. I won't even bother looking for another bakery in the Ft Worth area to be honest. If you have any doubts about using Elixir Bakery, feel free to ask me about any details of my experience and I'll gladly share them with you. You won't find better than this in DFW!

Cakes are absolutely amazing!!! Best I've ever had. Customer service is also outstanding. Owner is very pleasant and accommodating.
