THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD AT A RESTAURANT.

We got seated within ten minutes, the downside is that we got seated with two other people for a table that seats 6 (WHICH WE GOT CHARGED AN AUTOMATIC TIP BECAUSE OF IT). When our food came out, we hadn’t gotten everything. We waited for about 20+ minutes for my friends shrimp, and my tortillas. Still hadn’t come after the 20 minutes, tried flagging workers down but they looked at us, and ignored us. When we finally got our waitress to come talk, we told her about how he still haven’t gotten all over food and she said “I will go tell the woman” which the woman is literally herself, my friend proceed to ask for a refill which he never got for another 30 minutes. When we finally got the rest of the food, he still hadn’t gotten his drink. Instead of the red restaurant cup that he was using, they actually ended up giving that to somebody else and gave him a to go cup instead. At that point, we never even gotten our utensils yet so we had to wait for an extra 15+ minutes for that as well. By the time that we had gotten everything, the original Plate of rice and beans and main entrée was very very cold so we asked her to go boxes instead. Then we went to go check out, I looked at my tab and somehow my $35 max order turned into $54.20, I looked at the itemized receipt and they told me that The margarita that I ordered (which was small) was apparently a “jumbo margarita” I told them that I didn’t even get a jumbo one and they said “oh it’s the same price” OKAY SO WHY DIDNT YOU GIVE THE JUMBO SIZE??? And then I notice that they added a $9.20 some dollar tip on their own accord that I NEVER APPROVED! I go home and go to sleep only to wake up at 3:22 AM and throw up because the fish I tried from my friends plate made me sick because it was not 100% cooked. The fish did taste funny but I thought maybe it was maybe the batter. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WILL NEVER GO BACK. Want to mention we are white and I think this is also why we got the treatment that we did. Not to mention the people that were behind us kept sending alchoholic drinks back because they were no good and said they won’t pay for it. We got low quality food with low quality service at a high price that was NOT worth it. I also want to mention that at check out they were trying to overcharge my friend after he said it was already wrong. The woman was literally arguing with my friend on what he got when he’s the one that ordered it. I will never recommend this place. The loud ass band they had was WAY TOO LOUD to where I had to SCREAM for my friend to hear me. Absolutely awful. If you can’t handle a packed restaurant then have a capacity limit.

The food at Restaurant Fiesta on Hemphill st. in Fort Worth TX is absolutely phenomenal! The flavors are vibrant and complex, showcasing the chef's skill and creativity. And Mesera very nice always make sure my food it’s as I ordered the food The presentation is equally impressive, with each dish a visual delight.

My first visit to this place was less than I expected. I showed up with a party of 35 people which had been pre-arranged for and the restaurant knew we were coming. They had our tables already set up. However, the service was woefully inadequate because they had one table server handling our party, plus 2-3 other tables that showed up randomly. On top of that there was what appeared to be a manager milling about the room, doing first one thing and another, but not helping that server one iota. That too is very irritating when it's obvious this server has three times too much workload, and only needs some help. I didn't get to eat my lunch, as I just could not invest 120 minutes in lunch. I took it to go, and when I got to eat it, the food was very good. But, the service stunk, especially since they knew this party was coming, and they had plenty of time to staff up for this party. I left the server a handsome tip as she was doing everything she could perfectly, but had too much work laid on her. And, I know the diner isn't paying her enough to keep food on her own table, and tips are required. This building is showing it's age, but it's not in bad condition, only needing some patching of worn spots. Basically, the public areas were clean, with a couple water stains on the ceilings due to a roof leak, and the plaster coming loose from the walls in a couple places. I did notice the fire exits were securely locked, leaving them in an illegal/dangerous condition. The problem with this place is faulty management.

Customer service sucks very rude staff food looked like it was warmed up after sitting and served to us ! Never eat here the food is gross!

Average. Guacamole, no taste. $6 for a small scoop.

My dad brings me and my husband here. It's always a good time. Good food, clean restaurant and friendly staff. Worth checking out!

Food was bland. Bathroom is gross. Staff is monotone but polite.

Not sure if I would come back. We spent $60 for 1 fajita and 1 molcajete.

I've eaten at this place regularly for many years. Love their salsa and chimis.
