Went to get some $3 empty pickle buckets but I called first. They were very friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. I didn't catch the young lady's name that helped me carry buckets to my car, but I appreciated the assistance. I would definitely drive across town to buy more, if I needed them.

Pretty cool place. It's kind of weird, it attaches to a Starbucks. The food is good, and I don't usually give sandwich places five stars, but I really enjoyed this one.

The staff is awesome. One young lady at the front takes your order and then yells in a sing-songy voice, "(Your Name) is in the houuuuuse!" That alone is worth five stars. Definitely above and beyond. She needs a raise, and should be promoted immediately! You have to try this place, and hopefully she's working 😄 I will definitely be back.

Kid-friendliness: Seems like a fun place. I mean, how exciting can a sandwich place be, but it's a pretty cool atmosphere

I've been coming to this location for a few years and have always had a good experience. Recently, Jessica has made it great!! She always greets me when i walk in and hands me my mobile order. Recently, I went in to pick up my order and had been having a rough day. I hadn't been in a while, and Jessica immediately greeted me, asking where I'd been. It may be a small thing to her, but it really lifted my spirits that day. A little kindness goes a long way - the customer service here is top tier.

I decided to try Firehouse Subs because I had a T-Mobile offer code. However, when I tried to redeem it online, the payment process was frustratingly unintuitive and unlike other apps. Hoping for a resolution, I went to a physical location, assuming the manager would be empowered to honor the offer or at least provide a discount matching the promotion. Unfortunately, the manager barely acknowledged my request, simply shaking her head without offering any assistance. Frustrated, we canceled our entire order.

Pro tip: Update your user interface to allow offer codes to be applied during the payment process, rather than requiring users to navigate a separate, hard-to-find page. Ended up at In-N-Out instead.
