Firehouse Subs Rosedale

Went in for the first time to try it out. Kid at the register wearing a gold necklace was really rude , I asked him how big was the small and medium sandwich, he looked at me weird showed me with his hand that a small sandwich was about 2 inches… but right when I was about to pay , I saw the size chart. And he just made a face like if I was dumb or something… the two lady’s making the food were nice , they even looked at him weird because of the way he was acting… other than that, the food was great. I don’t think I’ll return to this place anymore because of the service… if he’s not happy working there, then he needs to find another job. Don’t be rude to customers…..

Jessica behind the register made meet feel like an all star by announcing I was in the building! Super friendly and a smile, all the cooks and servers were polite. Very clean for the area! Well done firehouse!

Really Enjoyed coming into this Location. Jessica is so energetic, and makes the experience personable with her “In the House” quote, which really makes this location different from others I have visited. I would definitely Eat here again, due to the good experience I had.

Website needs a serious revision. Why do I have to google “firehouse subs menu” just to find your menu? And then god forbid I want specific ingredients on an item, then I have to start an entire online order. I’ll just go to Jersey mikes.

Went to get some $3 empty pickle buckets but I called first. They were very friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. I didn't catch the young lady's name that helped me carry buckets to my car, but I appreciated the assistance. I would definitely drive across town to buy more, if I needed them.
