Firehouse Subs Rosedale

Such a great and delightful experience! I had a medium Italian sub and it was sooooo good! I wish I could get another, but that would be gluttonous. 😂 My fiancé got the Firehouse Hero sub and really enjoyed his sub as well.

Jessica was working the register was lovely and super sweet. Herself and her coworkers were all moving and they looked be working together so well and we're cohesive in their work. I really liked their energy and they were welcoming to us and every single person who came into the establishment. Best customer service I've had in a while. Thank y'all!

I love eating there i can eat there everyday it's nice peoples work there the store supervise Dora are very nice person and one of her work Jessia are the sweetest person that work there she very friedly to others too.

Upon arriving at this location the employee was very rude after asking to speaking with the general manager I was told and and ask what I needed and then a lady name Dora proceeded to be even more rude and walked away as I was talking to her. Unacceptable I have been a firehouse general manager for more than 7 yrs and has never had a experience like this I want the district manager to reach out personally because this is unacceptable

Went in for the first time to try it out. Kid at the register wearing a gold necklace was really rude , I asked him how big was the small and medium sandwich, he looked at me weird showed me with his hand that a small sandwich was about 2 inches… but right when I was about to pay , I saw the size chart. And he just made a face like if I was dumb or something… the two lady’s making the food were nice , they even looked at him weird because of the way he was acting… other than that, the food was great. I don’t think I’ll return to this place anymore because of the service… if he’s not happy working there, then he needs to find another job. Don’t be rude to customers…..

Really Enjoyed coming into this Location. Jessica is so energetic, and makes the experience personable with her “In the House” quote, which really makes this location different from others I have visited. I would definitely Eat here again, due to the good experience I had.
