Its tasty and perfect every single time... and I order often. That italian, double meat/cheese and no veggies... has me hooked. Every location even when I doordash. I give Firehouse my absolute best review ever. 6 stars. The steak and chz is great too... kiddo had me hooked for a couple years till I had the Italian. Y'all needa just make me a spokesperson. Its great.

I arrived at this location at 8:43 PM intending to grab a quick sandwich to go, but was surprised to find the “Open” sign turned off and the doors locked. Another guest with a pickup order arrived shortly after, and when an employee came out to deliver their order, we mentioned that there were still 15 minutes remaining until closing. Her response was an eye roll and a comment about being “very short staffed.”

From what I observed, there were two employees on shift, which appears to be a standard closing crew. When we finally placed our orders, the employee mentioned that the registers were already closed, as though that excused the early shutdown. Fortunately, we were paying with a card, so the sale could still be processed.

I wanted to bring this to the attention of management, as it seems possible that the “short staffing” issue might be self-inflicted if sales are being turned away before close. It’s disappointing to see a location lose business not because of customer volume, but because the team on duty decides they’re finished early.

I haven't had firehouse subs in 7 years but once I heard about the Thanksgiving sub, I knew I had to change that. The sandwich was delicious. The gravy on the side was steaming hot. I don't know if or when this sandwich will be off the menu but I'm definitely returning to enjoy it again.
