Wow. It’s really unfortunate to have to write this review . I have been coming to firehouse and supporting this business for years since how I have family members who are fire and police and military. I come into this location everyday and ask for a large cup of water, the staff knows me and is always kind. I guess DANIEL woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning when he decided to treat me like I am nothing and be rude and disrespectful to me when I politely asked for a cup of water. Normally I buy something when I come in everyday to get a water. I normally buy a bag of chips that way I’m not just taking a free cup. Well he told me he has to charge me but I can have the smallest cup for free. Normally I’d be okay if it wasn’t for his terrible attitude. I have never once been told I can’t have a water cup or I have to pay full price. He also then tells me that even his staff has to pay for a cup if they want one or what they can do is get a cup and RINSE IT OUT and put it back. When he said that my jaw dropped. So be aware that your large plastic cup could be a rinsed out cup. Also apparently giving away a large cup is going to break the bank. So sad. Do better.

This place right here has become 10/10hands down my favorite place to go and get food. The staff is amazing! Food is always ready within 10mins MAXIMUM & that's really pushing it. One night I even had a problem with an order I had and I called to notify them, and they had No problem fixing it for me ! Replaced my WHOLE meal the next day no serious questions asked.. definitely recommend firehouse!!

Love this place! But didn't get my mobile order made correctly.
Now I know why I deleted my app years ago, and did again today...FOREVER! Firehouse refuses to give out anything free whether it's a birthday sub or using points. They are no help for you. I was told to look up my number which I did and then now they want a code. All I wanted to do was get my free small sub with my points and it actually showed on my app that my total was 0.00. I remember this trouble last time trying to get my birthday sub.Never again Firehouse, ya lost a customer and I'll be spreading the word that your app is useless!

Killer subs- fast friendly service, but they now expect tip upon payment with CC. I'm not ok with that and will try and bring cash next time I come so as to not have to press 'none" when prompted.

There is a firehouse closer to me but i make the trip to this one. The food is always great and Ruben is always welcoming and great to speak with. He is always in a good mood and just all around makes everyone feel welcomed. I drive out of the way to come to this store due to the great food service and welcoming vibe from the staff and Ruben.
