Awful, I requested delivery and got the wrong order. I called the driver back and he said that this is the order that they handed him and he doesn’t go through the bag to see if it was correct. I tried to call Firehouse twice but no one picked up and an automated message came on saying that the mailbox was full and disconnected. I tried to communicate through the app and that was useless because it asked if I wanted to speak with a human and then it told me that someone will get back to me within 24-48 hours. In the meantime, even though it is paid for, I have no food, which is why I placed the delivery order, so I had to go to Firehouse Sub to resolve this issue, which is what I wanted to avoid by ordering delivery. When I got there I told the lady that I received the wrong order so she noticed that my order was behind their counter so she apologized and handed me my order and I gave them back the incorrect order and she just said sorry. I was expecting to get a refund because I had to go pick up my order that I had paid to get delivered so she said that she can’t do anything about it, except give me a coupon for a combo upgrade. This could've been avoided if they payed attention when giving out the order to the driver or at least answer the phone to fix my order and have it re-delivered. This was just very upsetting how my order was handled. To make the matter worse, customer service was no help either, they wanted me to provide either a photo of the receipt or of the incorrect order I received. And they wanted any communication I had with the driver about the mix-up, if I had that information. This is the worst treatment I ever experienced as a customer and I will never other from this place again.

This was recommended since I’ve never had it but I walked in at 9:32 to place an order. When I walked in the young lady told me that the register was closed and I could only complete an online order. I stated that was fine and no problem. When I went to check out online at 9:36 I was told “this store was no longer taking online orders.” I asked the lady what time do they stop taking online orders, she said that the other coworker may have closed it for the night. I asked if they’re closed now since any orders can’t be placed and she stated “ I guess so” not sure of the real hours since it seems to change according to when employees want.

A great place to enjoy a great meal with family and guest. I have several buckets I have bought and use around the house and garage. I made some white ones into lanterns for a church trunk and treat for Halloween.

The employees are awful. The girl that runs the register is unprofessional. She didnt even tell customers the drink machine wasn’t working until we paid. Every time we come here there’s a little boy in here that belongs to one of the employees. Poor little guy just sits at a table in the back playing on a tablet. This is the 5th time we have seen him in here. They got my order a tad bit wrong and when I asked for a little more of something they got an attitude. If you’re looking for good customer service DONT come to this location. TRASH

What happened to this location? This is the third time in a row we've been disappointed by the sandwiches we ordered from this location. Normally I wouldn't have given them another opportunity to let me down but this location used to have great sandwiches every time no matter what we ordered. Now it seems like the bread is barely toasted the meats are just kinda sorta warm, the sandwiches are throw together sloppily. Just all-around worse than it was just 6 months ago or so. Very disappointed. Won't be giving this location another shot.

IF YOU LIKE BAD FOOD AND TERRIBLE AT A PREMIUM $$, THIS IS THE SPOT FOR YOU. First time ordering delivery from this place. The Food: Horrible (soggy bread, tasteless deli meat, screwed up order). Plus The driver forgot a pop (soda) and went back to get it. Customer Service: Even Worse (we called store. The manager had a defensive attitude, said he made the food himself and blamed the driver for the quality and having a toaster that needs repair. He hung up the phone on my wife saying "call corporate, that's how you'll get a refund". We'll definitely let them know how this mgr Anthony or Deanthony is repping the brand.b
