Firehouse Subs Western Center

Closed an hour early than the schedule. Doors were locked at 10:03 on a Saturday night. I pulled on both doors and the two people inside ignored me. I love Firehouse but this location needs attention.

I am in my first trimester and I'm sure many of you mothers and fathers know how important food is right now, I was having a really rough night and just wanted a simple Italian sandwich with no tomatoes or onions. The smell of those just make me gag. The sandwich I got not only had everything that makes me gag on it but it wasn't even an Italian sandwich. It had ham cheese and beacon. Unlike the people that work here I am not illiterate and clearly read the description and am just so confused how they could add everything I asked not to add and not even put the correct meats in. To make it worse, because of my nausea I am unable to drive so I door dashed this sandwich and while DoorDash gave me a refund for the amount of the sandwich I am still out $10+ for delivery and extra fees. Im out money, almost threw up opening the bag at the smell of the food I did not order and it is now to late to order anything else good. I hope whoever made this sandwich goes blind and stubs there toe every time they get out of bed.

Website wouldn't acknowledge location even after giving permission and inputting my address. I was unable to place a pickup order l. Drove up to the location just to be told they were only accepting online orders.

Paid for things to be added to sandwich for it to come back with lettuce and a piece of bacon just split in half. No ranch, no salt and pepper, no pickles, no cucumbers, nothing. Also didn’t even let us inside even though it says they close at 11pm.

Can't find a better hot sub anywhere IMHO!

We were driving and it took us a shorter time than expected to get here so we were 15 minutes early for our mobile order. I love firehouse but I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this one because I just let the woman know that we were here and no rush and she decided to say passive aggressively “well your 15 minutes early so we’re working on it”

Now we are waiting but I can see clearly on my app the estimated time there’s no reason to snap at me for just letting you know. Especially when there’s only 2 other people inside.

Ordered online and paid. Headed to pickup order and was told order was never placed. Showed them the order number and then was told DoorDash took my order. This was not the case. Let the manger on duty Dustin Lee know that I never received my order. Said he couldn’t do anything, another manager would call. Four days have passed and nobody has reached to get my refund. Worst experience ever, paid for an order only to receive nothing.

I ordered meatball sub - the meatballs were not full cooked and service not that great - for the price of a large sub and drink - I would hope for better - even when I asked they blew me off - not worth the 16 I spent.

Literally says Open till 11PM(Saturday )and I got here at 9:35PM they lock the door on me and said I can order by Uber eats but I’m outside the door with my truck on running ? Makes sense right ?

I was told after standing in line for a while to order online because who was working at the register broke it. Not a big deal. After I order online and paid for my extras I got nothing a wanted and was still charged for it. Will be taking business elsewhere.

Every time we come here, even at 8pm and they close at 11pm, they have their doors locked and you have to stand outside and wait for someone to come open the door and ask what you want. 🙄 and you still can’t come inside.

Some of my order were not in the bag it was delivered to me it was buy 1 get 1 free on their website yesterday and I called back today and told them what happened . And guess what ? I was told the manager will have to call me / Ridiculous for 1 sandwich , 1 brownie she has to call to ask me . I’ve never encountered this . I went there a lot too .
