Firehouse Subs Western Center

Some of my order were not in the bag it was delivered to me it was buy 1 get 1 free on their website yesterday and I called back today and told them what happened . And guess what ? I was told the manager will have to call me / Ridiculous for 1 sandwich , 1 brownie she has to call to ask me . I’ve never encountered this . I went there a lot too .

The young girl at the register was very nice and took my order and the other girls prepared my Sub and burnt the bread, wrapped it up and gave it to me as I was a to go order.
Opened it and the entire side of the bread was burnt black! This is just wrong and should’ve never been given to a customer and I think the manager is at fault for not teaching them about these kind of things. Very disappointed and will not be back. A waste of $17.00

I used to be a Jersey Mike’s guy, but not anymore. I absolutely love firehouse and I’m never disappointed. They’ve got awesome options for different budgets… and they all taste amazing!

NEW UPDATE FOR 2025: Of the 3 sandwiches order, 1 was correct. NO tomatoes and NO onion are pretty simple instructions. Do not toast bread also very simple. So another meal wasted due to inability to read. Correction the staff informed me it is the system that fails. Might wanna fix the system. Moral of interaction, don't order online.

Update: I must review again. All I wanted today was a sandwich, sounds simple. The order was read to the cashier from a text message, for accuracy. I CANNOT eat tomatoes. So when a sandwich is ordered with NO TOMATOES, that's what you expect since it's a consumable I pay for. Maybe I should have checked my order, or maybe they should listen. Over the past year every order I have received has been incorrect in some manner. Tomatoes added when asked not to, no condiments, extra lettuce when asked for light, hot sandwich when requested cold. It's a never ending problem. So my lunch is in the trash and I would recommend that others check their order. There is obviously a communication issue or just a lack of caring at this location.

My sub would have been great had it been correct. I
am lacking deli mustard on mine and my husband's has no mayo. This location is consistant in messing up orders.

Sub sandwiches are fabulous! Always hot & delicious! Order on FireHouse app and order is always correct and ready for pick up.

My first time here and the customer service was outstanding. The night shift staff is wonderful, and I will be a repeat customer. Quick and fast service.
