Pretty good food but the workers seemed very tired and not very happy. They did come and grab our food when we were done which was nice!

I walked inside and every employee rolled their eyes and acted inconvenienced to my wife, daughter, and I considering to eat here. No one welcomed us, no one said anything to us. I walked out and went next door to grab a burger. Just not welcoming. Kindness would have gone far in this situation and made all the difference.

There is a growing German Cockroach infestation at this location. I have gone here forever and the food and service has always been great however today I came across a baby German cockroach that scurried out from under the drink dispenser at 3 pm in the afternoon. Everyone knows if there is roach activity during the day especially BABIES there is a problem especially when it’s a German roach. I won’t be returning to this location.

Just got the Thanksgiving turkey sandwich and did it disappoint. Where is the cranberries nothing like the picture you advertise. You ruined my day as I had been forward to this. Never again

This firehouse subs was the best i have been to. Jose was so nice and helpful. He was amazing and was very busy. He was running 2 registers at a time getting the orders done. Our food came out great.
