We have eaten at different Five Guys over many years and never had an issue. We got home, 2.5 hours away from this Five Guys, and my husband's burger was wrong. At least he enjoyed his fries on the way home. We figured the guy in front of him got his burger and he got his weird creation.
Omg!!! I’m so happy about the customer service! As soon as I got there my order was taken! No inconvenience at all:) the cute cashier was sweet and super fast! My fries!!!! Hot! Fresh! And absolutely amazing! I ate them all before I got home😭 Five guys! Especially this location is the best!!!! They make the best fries!
We got burgers and fries here. The burgers were great, fries weren't crispy, probably cause they were pilled in the bag. The drink machine had issues because all of the drinks were just gross.
